Gulich","doi":"10.30837/nc.2023.3.32","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30837/nc.2023.3.32","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the implementation of forms of educational work with students of higher education in the conditions of distance learning (from the experience of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University), based on the approach to education and upbringing as a single process, continuous at all stages of education. Traditional forms of educational work with students in a higher education institution (organizational, practical, verbal, active, face-to-face) were considered and it was proved that in the conditions of distance learning they acquire special features and even certain new opportunities due to the online format. Examples of such educational activities are given and the specifics of preparation and implementation of them are revealed at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics H.S. Skovoroda KhNPU. Meetings of the student team (in courses, in groups, meetings of student self-government bodies, etc.); festivals and competitions (university and faculty); interactive online games and quizzes; online tours; different types of meetings; online holidays; flash mobs and challenges are concedered as examples of such educational activities. The role of curators in the educational process in a distance format has been specified. Special attention is paid to the work of Student Council, its structure and committees and it is emphosised on the cooperation with student self-government. Khmyrov","doi":"10.30837/nc.2023.3.49","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30837/nc.2023.3.49","url":null,"abstract":"At the beginning of 2022, Ukraine became a bridgehead and a zone of active hostilities, which determined the lives of its citizens for years to come. The war had a decisive influence on all sectors, including the branches of our state, both in production and in educational processes.
 The significant events that have taken place make us think about the fact that the prospective aspects of education in the universities of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the transformation of methods of providing quality education cannot be considered separately from the most important task of providing quality education. This applies both to young people who suffer from a lack of resources or a favorable environment for access to learning and acquiring knowledge, and to teachers and their needs for more effective mastering of new teaching methods. And finally, it concerns the educational community as a whole, including local communities, which directly depends on the continuity of education in an extremely difficult period for the entire Ukrainian community.
 So, the article defines the ways to solve the current scientific problem regarding the formation of innovative systems for the development of state management by distance learning in universities of the State Service of Ukraine for emergency situations during the period of hostilities.
 Person-oriented technologies of the information mechanism of the state management of the development of distance learning are identified, pedagogical technologies are considered, which use well-known didactic principles of distance higher education of Ukraine, taking into account the peculiarities of the training of future rescuers.
 The main principles of distance learning technology based on the state management of the development of distance educational technology, as a set of methods, forms and means of interaction with the learner, where the mastering of the educational array of knowledge is independently controlled in the process, with the aim of obtaining professional skills and abilities, have been considered and improved.

During this period, the white pandemic COVID 19 and from February 2022 martial law was introduced. In these conditions, the distance form of education becomes the main one. Distance education uses different teaching methods. The interactive method is aimed at the cooperation of the teacher and students: communication skills are developed. Students get access to non-traditional sources of information, the efficiency of independent work increases. Distance education has disadvantages: the difficulty of self-control of knowledge, the need for self-discipline and self-motivation to acquire knowledge. Training is implemented using Google Meet, Moodel, Padlet and other platforms and tools.
 When studying administrative, civil, criminal, family law, teachers use the following interactive methods: \"case method\" (solving situational tasks), \"round table\" (preparation of reports-presentations and their discussion), \"brainstorming\" (method of group operative solution of a certain problem in a limited time), \"binary method\"( combines blocks of knowledge from two different academic disciplines), \"3-2-1 method\"( provides teacher-learner communication feedback, reflection) and others. These are methods of intensive training. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University. The purpose of the article is to highlight the peculiarities of distance training of future primary school teachers to preserve and strengthen the physical health of children with special educational needs in inclusive education in the course of studying the discipline \"Physical Education with Teaching Methods\". To achieve this goal, the conceptual ideas of inclusive education based on the principles of democratization, non-discrimination, consideration of human diversity, effective involvement and inclusion of all participants in the educational process, taking into account their individual needs, capabilities, abilities and interests, and the professional competencies of the future primary school teacher, in particular, inclusive, health-saving and designing needs, which allow to execute the task of preserving and strengthening of the physical health of the children with special educational needs. In order to highlight the peculiarities of professional training of future primary school teachers in a distance format, the experience of teaching the discipline \"Physical Culture with Teaching Methods\" for students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 013 \"Primary Education with Special Education Methods\" was analyzed. The discipline was taught using the educational platform Moodle of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University and Google applications. Attention is drawn to the fact that assessment should be considered not only as a means of recording the results of students' learning activities, but also as a critical analysis of the educational process in order to improve it. It is shown that it is important to introduce an assessment system that would provide an adequate assessment of the student's work, knowledge and skills acquired during the course of study and provide the teacher with timely information to adjust the educational process. The author concludes that the transition to distance learning has given rise to a rethinking of the forms and methods of teaching, motivation of students' cognitive activity, and verification of their achievement of the expected learning outcomes. In order to make the most of the online environment, teachers need, on the one hand, to neutralize the main problems of this format, and on the other hand, to use the result to adjust, improve and update the educational process. To achieve this, control should be systematic, provided with theoretical support for students' learning activities in terms of mastering knowledge and skills and constant feedback between the teacher and the student. If we expect higher education students to become creative people who think critically and solve real problems, then all forms of control should be aimed at developing and assessing these skills. That is why a brand strategy building has become vital not only for new but also for old and world-top universities, since “education consumers” often choose an educational institution under the influence of its image, prestige, or public perception. The brand image of an educational institution is a sum of people's views, opinions, and impressions about it, which is decisive for the educational institution's positioning in the market of educational services and its identification among other educational institutions. The brand image of an educational institution, as a multi-component concept, is formed based on numerous internal and external factors. For all that, the publicly broadcasting value judgments about the educational institution, the level, and nature of its social interactions in the community, and its perception by public consciousness are among the main components of the educational institution's brand image. The formation of the brand strategy of the educational institution is part of its brand image strategy aimed at increasing its competitiveness.

Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University).
 Possibilities of using photo and video recording of physical and chemical experiments for their repeated display in the form of synchronous and asynchronous broadcasting are considered. The procedure for performing laboratory work based on the use of photos and video materials is described, and relevant examples are given. Conducting laboratory work in physics and chemistry in the conditions of distance learning using interactive simulators and models on various platforms is characterized. Laboratory work in physics and chemistry using specialized virtual laboratories is described, examples of working with them in classes are given. The experience of using the author's software-methodological complexes to ensure laboratory work in chemistry is described, which are actively used in the educational process in the conditions of distance learning – using SchoolKit as an example.
 It has been established that conducting laboratory work in physics and chemistry in the training of future teachers in the conditions of distance learning can be ensured in several ways: access to collections of photos and video materials of physical and chemical experiments; demonstrations of laboratory experiments in synchronous mode by means of video conferences; using virtual simulations and models of physical and chemical objects, processes, phenomena; using virtual physical and chemical laboratories; using software and methodical complexes in physics and chemistry.
