The purpose of the article is to define the components of a safe educational environment in educational institutions and to outline the ways of implementing its creation.
 The author reveals the multifaceted concepts of \"safety\" and \"safe educational environment\" in regulatory documents and scientific and pedagogical literature.
 A number of regulatory documents are presented to help participants in the educational process effectively continue to organize training and carry out educational work, in particular, \"Safe Educational Environment: New Dimensions of Security\" (2022), \"Recommendations on the Organization of Shelter in the Facilities of the Civil Protection Facilities Fund for Staff and Children (Pupils, Students) of Educational Institutions\" (2022), \"On Approval of the Concept of Security of Educational Institutions\" (2023).
 The ways to create a safe environment in domestic educational institutions that implement the Concept of Security of Educational Institutions (2023) are outlined.
 Based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and regulatory documents of Ukraine, the components of a safe educational environment of an educational institution (physical, psychological, informational) are revealed and the content of each component is characterized.
 It is concluded that the problem of creating a safe educational environment is multidimensional and requires the involvement of specialists from various fields, in particular, representatives of the National Police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Science, the State Emergency Service, the Ministry of Infrastructure, city and regional government organizations, etc. The creation of a safe educational environment in educational institutions, taking into account the relevant requirements, will enable educational institutions to effectively organize the educational process in a full-time mode.
 Prospects for further research have been identified, which include the development of methodological support for advanced training courses for scientific and pedagogical staff on life safety.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135860404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is proven that philosophy considers thinking as the basis of human activity, a guarantee of individual freedom.
 It has been clarified that psychologists consider thinking to be an active form of cognitive activity of a person, which is based on certain requests, abilities and is closely related to society and culture.
 In the pedagogical plane, thinking is considered as an active reflection of real reality in a person's consciousness, its ability to consistently and generally establish connections between objects and phenomena and generate new ideas.
 It was found that the formation of artistic-figurative thinking is recognized as an important factor in the professional training of a future teacher of music. Based on the views of scientists, the author presents his own interpretation of the concept of \"artistic-figurative thinking of a future music teacher\" as a purposeful process of emotional-intellectual knowledge of the world, a process of self-awareness, which is carried out on the basis of mastering works of musical art and is realized in one's own musical-pedagogical and performing activities.
 It is proved that the updated of the problem of formation of artistic- figurative thinking is determined not only by its effective influence on the abilities of the future music teacher, his professional self-development and self-improvement in the modern conditions of the educational process. The main factors are the terrible modern challenges caused by the war, those crisis situations and emotional states in which student musicians found themselves. The formation of artistic- figurative thinking in the process of mastering vocal works will help the future music teacher to resist negative social life situations, direct his own mental instructions to a positive worldview, a humane attitude towards others and awareness of his own vitality.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"196 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135778251","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The educational process in the life of the university is planned and organized along with studies and scientific activities. The curator of the academic group is usually assigned an experimental teacher, since this position includes responsible and thorough work, which should take into account the profile of training of specialists and the specifics of the faculty. Students' problems related to the educational process at the university, interpersonal conflicts and relations in the group, and the question of the student group participation in the public and cultural mass activities of the university are resolved by the curator. The effectiveness of the educational work of the curator of the academic group is largely determined by its planning. Based on the analysis of theoretical studies and the experience of modern pedagogues-practitioners, the roles and functions of the curator in working with the group are defined, the curator's duties are described, and an approximate plan for the work of curators in universities is proposed. The views on the organization of educational work in higher education are presented. The solution to the problem of professionalization of teacher training is related to the scientific justification of the content of teacher education in the direction of greater balance of its components: general, special and professional. Despite numerous studies of various aspects of the construction of the content of professional training of future teachers, the problem of reforming its content in the context of European integration remains undeveloped. Therefore, the goals and tasks of the research became the analysis of peculiarities of reforming the content of the teachers’ professional training in the conditions of European integration and the justification of recommendations for improving the content of the training of Ukrainian teachers.
 Аccording to the results of research by European and ukrainian scientists, the peculiarities of reforming the content of the teachers’ professional training in the conditions of European integration have been clarified: there are noticeable differences between the contexts and features of training programs for the training of junior and senior high school teachers; significant differences regarding the duration of programs in national teacher education systems, which are mostly determined at the macro level and reflect national characteristics of education; debates about whether teacher education should be focused only at the master's level and precede subject specialization; debatable relation of educational sciences to subject learning in the curriculum of teacher education of the Master of Arts; large-scale transformations of educational programs and institutions of teacher education at the macro level in all countries-universities-partners of EMETT; “square” complexity of the European curriculum of teacher education; the absence of any fast route in European joint master's programs, which complicates the accreditation procedure in each national context of the respective universities, etc.
 Recommendations for improving the content of Ukrainian teacher training include taking into account various points of view, subversive relationships between teaching, training, schooling, educational processes, actors and contexts; bridging the gap between theory and practice through integration in curriculum organization and delivery; the professional autonomy of the teacher and the key role of reflective thinking should be the basis of curriculum development and implementation; recognition of accredita","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135778247","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
