This research is a quantitative research with data and documentation approach. The research subjects were 35 teachers as respondents. The main instrument used is a questionnaire/questionnaire. Hypotheses, student psychology and online learning on student learning outcomes. This can be proven by the results of inferential statistical analysis using regression analysis, the value of Fcount>Ftable is obtained, then simultaneously the psyche of students and online learning simultaneously have a direct effect on student learning outcomes. Data collection tools in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the madrasa committee's efforts in fostering a synergistic relationship with the madrasah principal at MTsN 5 Lima Puluh Kota have been going well. The effort to run the committee program with the madrasah head in order to achieve the goals that have been set. The results of this study indicate that: the efforts made by the principal in the planning aspect are providing motivation, socialization, workshops, evaluation of learning tools, rewards and punishments, and comparative studies. (2) the aspects of learning implementation are improving discipline, providing examples, forming a supervision team, scheduling supervision, forming a student achievement improvement team (TPPS), conducting coaching and training as well as comparative studies. The problem limitation of this study is (a) library service in SMK Adzkia Padang (b) reading interest of learners in SMK Adzkia Padang (c) the relation of library services to the interest of reading learners in SMK Adzkia Padang. This research aims to find out a positive relation between library services to the reading interests of learners in Smk Adzkia Padang. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship of library services to the reading interest of learners in SMK Adzkia Padang. In this study there are two variables, namely free variables (library services) and bound variables (reading interest of learners). This research is field research using a quantitative approach. This research method uses correlational methods. The population in this study was 68 learners and the sample number of 68 learners was taken using total sampling techniques. Research instruments use 2 (two) questionnaires, namely qustionnaire about library service and reading interest of learners. The data is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Program version 20.00, and analyzed using the formula Product Moment Correlation Coeffisien Karl Pearson. The results showed that from pearson correlation results at rxy =0.585 greater than r tabell for 1 % = 0.325 and 5% = 0.250, thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected, meaning there isa positive connecting between library services and the reading interest of learners in Smk Adzkia Padang. This research is a field research with using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection using methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in This research has two stages, namely the first stage of analysis before the field in the form of preliminary observations and interviews, the second stage is analysis while in the field which contains three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study: (1) the efforts of the head of administration in improving performance of school administration staff at SMPN 12 Sijunjung in the form of: coaching/guiding, by directing in carrying out tasks, facilitate training such as workshops or workshops annually, present supervisors, and conduct evaluations for improvement. (2) power school administration at SMPN 12 Sijunjung has made efforts to improve performance by participating in training activities such as training, workshops and workshops. Improvements are also made by sharing knowledge with colleagues. (3) Supporting factors for improving the performance of school administrative staff are in the form of: providing motivation from the leadership and self, good work discipline, compensation from the leadership and sanctions for mistakes.
