This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. Test instrument using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential data analysis techniques. The results showed: (1)  the leadership style of the principal has a significant effect on the performance of teachers SMP and MTS Muhammadiyah in Palembang City; (2) work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers SMP and MTS Muhammadiyah in Palembang City. Management or governance in this activity program includes Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Evaluating Activities. The initial motivation of this activity program was the existence of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) that were received by schools that were used to meet the needs of various types of information technology media. This research is a qualitative research with the object of management study an activity program. The approach that researchers use is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, documentation and interviews. While the method used in this research is descriptive data analysis method of observations, documentation and interviews in the field. The results showed that there was a literacy program using various types of information technology media held at Lalembuu State Elementary School 11. The various types of information technology media in question consist of hardware in the form of computers, routers, Android phones, focus, laptops and software in the form of Rumah Belajar applications available online and offline. In governance these activities consist of Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Evaluating Activities. This research is an expost facto research with quantitative approach. The population of this study was teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih, a sample of 72 people in this study. Research data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use double correlation analysis and double regression. The study utilized quantitative method with descriptive approach. The population in this study are all of teachers in SMKN 2 Pariaman, they are 102 teachers and sample of this study is 53 teachers with stratified proportional random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using analysis technique though SPSS 20.0. The result found that (1) teacher creativity based on open minded feature with mean score 3,94 at high category, (2) teacher creativity based on problem solving feature with mean score 4,15, at high category (3) teacher creativity based on humorous feature with mean score 3,83 at high category and (4) teacher creativity based on innovative feature with mean score 3,64 at high category. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze through an educational policy model approach. This research method uses a qualitative research model with a content analysis approach. Sources of research data use primary data from the SKB in this study, and are supported by various secondary data sources that are still relevant to this research study. Kepemimpinan transformatif selalu berkomitmen pada perbaikan terus-menerus, yang mendasarkan pada pandangan visioner kedepan (kondisi organisasi yang lebih baik), dan mendorong partisipasi stafnya untuk mewujudkan perubahan yang diharapkan. Dalam peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu dilakukan perubahan mendasar dalam aspek kepemimpinan yaitu dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (transformational leadership). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan bagaimana bentuk kepemimpinan transformatif dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan metode studi pustaka (libarary reserach). Metode ini melakukan penelitian dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Secara umum, pada setiap pembahasan penelitian yang diperoleh dalam literatur-literatur dan sumber-sumber. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, lembaga pendidikan, serta urgensi kepemimpinan dengan lembaga pendidikan serta seperti apa kepemimpinan yang visioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) dengan mengumpumpulkan berbagai referensi. Secara umum kepemimpinan dapat dipahami sebagai pemimpin yang mampu mengarahkan, membina atau mengatur, menuntun dan juga menunjukkan ataupun mempengaruhi. Serta lembaga pendidikan adalah  suatu wadah yang berguna untuk membina manusia, membawa kearah masa depan yang lebih baik. Kepemimpinan dalam lembaga pendidikan dapat disebut sebagai seseorang yang memegang otoritas yang menentukan perkembangan lembaga pendidikan. Kepemimpinan pada hakikatnya berhubungan dengan tenaga manusia atau kelompok yang terorganisasi, dan sebagai satu kekuatan atau potensi. Salah satu pedoman itu adalah kewajiban manusia untuk mentaati segala yang diperintahkan untuk kehidupan yang lebih baik dan menjauhi segala larangan untuk menghindari diri dari perbuatan tercela. Dalam perjalanan dinamika kehidupan manusia, ternyata manusia tidak bisa hidup sendiri, manusia membutuhkan seorang pemimpin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan dalam Islam, memahami apa itu kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan dalam Islam, dan apa urgensi seorang pemimpin dalam lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research), dalam penganalisisan data model metode ini menggunakan model analisis deskriptif. Sebagai sumber informasi yaitu; buku-buku ilmiah, laporan penelitian, karangan-karangan ilmiah dan jurnal-jurnal. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat dijelaskan bahwa konsep kepemimpinan dalam Islam, merupakan cara pandang yang menjadi dasar landasan pemikiran dalam berperan menjadi seorang pemimpin.
