Sari","doi":"10.15548/p-prokurasi.v1i1.1156","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15548/p-prokurasi.v1i1.1156","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to determine: (1) obtain a descriptive understanding of students' entrepreneurship, family environment, school environment, and peer interaction among vocational students, (2) knowing the influence of personality, family environment, school environment, and peer interaction both together and individually in the entrepreneurship of vocational students, and (3) knowing how much influence the personality factors, family environment, school environment, and interactions peers together towards entrepreneurship in vocational students. This research is a survey research with ex post facto approach. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis using of SPSS 20 software. Dengan adanya pendidikan yang bermutu maka akan terlahir generasi atau sumber daya manusia yang unggul dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Banyak kebijakan yang telah dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, seperti kebijakan merdeka belajar. Institusi pendidikan juga tidak kalah tertinggal dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan yaitu dengan terus meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia serta kualitas pembelajarannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis, dimana penelitian deskriptif dalam hal ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kebijakan merdeka belajar sebagai usaha meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Sedangkan sumber yang diambil yaitu dari buku-buku ilmiah yang sudah diterbitkan dengan maksud untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi. This study used a sample of 66 employees of PT MNC Sky Vision KPP Padang with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to selected employees. This study has two categories of variables. The first is the independent variable, namely work motivation and emotional intelligence. The two dependent variables are work productivity. The analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of testing the first hypothesis found that work motivation has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT MNC Sky Vision KPP Padang. The results of testing the second hypothesis found that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT MNC Sky Vision KPP Padang employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan identifikasi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi termasuk bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan. Dengan adanya peraturan Walikota Padang Nomor 33 Tahun 2013 tentang Program Pendidikan Hafiz al-Qur’an disinyalir menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap al-Qu’an khususnya dalam pelafalan dan penghafalan dan lebih pentingnya dapat mengamalkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam al-Qur’an dalam keseharian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Fokus penelitian berdasarkan analisis kebijakan Peraturan Walikota Padang Nomor 33 Tahun 2013 tentang Pendidikan Hafiz al-Qur’an dalam lingkup Kelurahan Kurao Pagang, Kecamatan Nanggalo dengan berfokus pada salah satu Pondok Hafidz al-Qur’an bernama Rumah al-Qur’an al-‘Adib. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam bentuk data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, dihasilkan bahwa penerapan dari Peraturan Walikota Padang Nomor 33 Tahun 2013 tentang Program Pendidikan Tahfiz al-Qur’an berhasil diterapkan di Kota Padang terkhusunya di Kelurahan Kurao Pagang, Kecamatan Nanggalo. Semangat untuk mempelajari al-Qur’an mulai dari anak-anak sampai orang dewasa menjadi kunci utama dalam penerapan peraturan Walikota ini. Sedangkan dalam teknik pengumpulan data dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan penulis. Dalam penelitian ini, dihasilkan bahwa penerapan peraturan daerah provinsi Lampung nomor 18 tahun 2014 tentang program wajib belajar 12 tahun adalah minat dan bakat serta semangat untuk terus belajar dan mengasah potensi yang ada pada diri anak menjadi pemicu terwujudnya program wajib belajar. This research uses field research methods with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using the inductive approach. The results of this study indicate 1) The leadership of UIN IB Padang has conceptualized the campus vision to be more focused, focused, and oriented towards future challenges. In addition, in completing every program the leadership of UIN IB always has principles on the 4 principles of UIN IB values, which are: faithful, knowledgeable, moral and cultured; 2) The Chancellor of UIN IB Padang always fosters good relations between lecturers, employees and students, as well as to stakeholders. Furthermore, the Chancellor of UIN IB provides support so that all components of tertiary institutions can optimally improve performance, and always support the creativity of students, lecturers and employees. In addition, the Chancellor of UIN IB Padang always provides information to all campus leadership units to become a superior campus in Islamic scholarship in ASEAN in 2037. To support the goal process, the government is making various efforts to prosper educators. One of the government policies in the education sector is certification for educators. The state of certified lecturers at IAI Nusantara Batanghari began to increase in terms of performance compared to before being certified. The rationale and foundation of the implementation of certification activities for these lecturers have been regulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and decisions related to certification. As a lecturer who plays a very important role, ideally he has competencies that can be relied upon as educational staff; these competencies at least consist of personal competencies, professional competencies and social competencies. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach namely; research whose procedures produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior.
