The research that the author did was using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, committee and parents of students at SMA Negeri 01 District VII Koto Sungai Sarik in the course of collecting data, the authors used interviews, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis technique by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that: the relationship between the principal and the committee has been going well and smoothly, and also between the school and the committee has been supportive in advancing the school, as evidenced by the strategy carried out by the principal, namely, ( a) Always maintain communication with the committee and the community around the school, (b) Maintain a cooperative relationship with the committee and also involve the committee in school activities, (c) always apply transparency to the community. Abstract

本研究的目的是确定校长在与学校建立关系时的策略。作者所做的研究采用了定性方法。本研究以SMA Negeri 01 District VII的校长、委员会和学生家长Koto Sungai Sarik为研究对象,在收集资料的过程中,作者采用了访谈法、观察法和文献法。而数据分析技术则通过数据还原、数据呈现、得出结论等手段。结果表明:校长和委员会之间的关系一直很顺利,学校和委员会之间也一直支持学校的发展,这体现在校长采取的策略上,即(a)始终与委员会和学校周围的社区保持沟通,(b)与委员会保持合作关系,并让委员会参与学校的活动,(c)始终对社区保持透明度。SMA Negeri 01 Kecamatan VII Koto Sungai Sarik委员会的作用,即(a)作为考虑者的学校委员会,(b)作为教育服务活动支持者的委员会,(c)作为教育服务活动控制者的学校委员会,(d)学校委员会在社区和政府之间的联络或密切沟通
