The type of research that the author does in writing this thesis is in the form of field research (field research) with qualitative descriptive methods. The primary data source in this study was the head of the madrasah at MTsN Lima Puluh Kota. The secondary data sources in this study were the Majlis Guru, Administrative Employees and students at MTsN Lima Puluh Kota. Data collection tools in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the madrasa committee's efforts in fostering a synergistic relationship with the madrasah principal at MTsN 5 Lima Puluh Kota have been going well. The effort to run the committee program with the madrasah head in order to achieve the goals that have been set. 摘要
