This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources of this research are the principal, teacher council, employees and students of MAN Lima Puluh Kota . Data collection techniques using interview techniques, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques through qualitative analysis, namely; Reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: the efforts made by the principal in the planning aspect are providing motivation, socialization, workshops, evaluation of learning tools, rewards and punishments, and comparative studies. (2) the aspects of learning implementation are improving discipline, providing examples, forming a supervision team, scheduling supervision, forming a student achievement improvement team (TPPS), conducting coaching and training as well as comparative studies. Abstract

这项研究的动机是观察学校校长为提高教育工作者的表现所做的努力,因为教育工作者作为负责教育过程的人,当然必须有良好的表现。由校长在提高教育工作者在规划、实施、学习评价和执行指导任务等方面的绩效方面进行。这种类型的研究是描述性质的。本研究的数据来源是MAN Lima Puluh Kota的校长、教师委员会、员工和学生。数据收集技术使用访谈技巧,文件和观察。数据分析技术通过定性分析,即;还原,数据展示,并得出结论。本研究结果显示:校长在规划方面所做的努力包括提供动机、社会化、工作坊、学习工具评估、奖惩和比较研究。(2)学习实施方面有:加强纪律、提供范例、组建督导小组、安排督导、组建学生成绩提升小组(TPPS)、进行辅导和培训以及比较研究。(三)评估方面是审查和索取评估报告,组成审查委员会、评估小组,聘请指导员或专家团队。
