This study aims to analyze educational policies related to the development and improvement of the teaching profession. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data taken in this study came from various library sources related to the study of this discussion, then the data was processed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which is a way of processing data that is formulated in the form of words or data interpretation. Abstract

Teachers play an important and very strategic role in the framework of carrying out functions and realizing national education goals.
