In turn, the provision of assis-tance by the population to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia through the joint protection of public order has a positive effect on the implementation of the foundations of state poli-cy in the field of legal awareness of the population. Therefore, in this scientific work, the object of study was the legal regulation of the interaction between employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and citizens in the field of law enforcement and security. In the process of work, the author used general scientific and private scientific methods of research. He proposed an analysis of the le-gal support for the interaction of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with public associations and citizens. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to continue to effectively continue the work under consideration, the subjects of the work under consideration should clearly define the forms of interaction for the protection of public order in the served territories. It is also im-portant to prepare and send recommendations on the law enforcement activities of the police de-partment and public associations to the localities, taking into account local conditions and character-istics. And most importantly, today there is a need for regular monitoring of the legal framework gov-erning the interaction of internal affairs bodies and representatives of civil society in the work to combat crime. The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the fact that the organization of the activities of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia direct-ly depends on the quality of information and analytical support for the development of management decisions based on the results of operational search and processing of large amounts of information obtained using automated control systems. This is especially important to take into account in the modern conditions of the digital transformation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia – the wide-spread introduction of digital technologies. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the use of auto-mated control systems in territorial bodies are proposed. The main attention is paid to such indicators as the state, dynamics and structure of crimes in the field of illicit trafficking. A comparative legal analysis of the concept of citizenship, the grounds and procedure for acquiring and depriving citizenship in different countries of the world is carried out. The author's theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical conclusions about the forms and consequences of the influence of globalization processes on the transformation of the institution of citizenship are formulated. It is shown that investment naturalization is a direct consequence of economic globalization and commercialization of political and legal relations on a global scale. It is proved that in addition to financial and economic grounds, dur-ing naturalization, certain requirements must be put forward for the applicant of a political and legal nature, without which it is impossible to create a stable, permanent connection between the individual and the state. The correctness and timeliness of the introduction into the current Russian legislation of a fundamentally new approach to the deprivation of acquired citizenship as a result of a criminal offense provided for by the relevant legal norms is substantiated. In order to solve the problem of establishing the nature and type of explosion, it is necessary to analyze all the damage to build-ings and objects at the scene of the incident in order to determine the center of the explosion and its location.
