TO THE QUESTION OF USING THE OFFICIAL WARNINGS BY OPERATIONAL-SEARCH UNITS OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

Abstract

The article considers the possibility of announcing by the operational units of the internal affairs bod-ies an official warning to persons with antisocial behavior. Based on the study of the activities of operational units for the prevention of crimes, it is concluded that they do not actively use this form of preventive influence on persons who intend to commit an offense. One of the main reasons is the lack of legal consequences for a person for violating the mandatory requirements specified in the warning. Measures are proposed to improve legislation in this direction.
