The author substantiates the need to nar-row the limits of the use of coercion in the course of conducting a public survey of residential premises, analyzes the feasibility of restricting a number of citizens' rights provided for by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, including property rights. Abstract
The article examines the problematic issues encountered during the public inspection of residential premises, considers the question of the limits of the restriction of constitutional rights of citizens dur-ing the conduct of the specified operational search event.
