For this, we used the Revealed Comparative Advantage Index (IVCR) as an analytical tool to identify and compare the evolution of competitiveness of Amazonas exports with Brazilian exports according to the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM) sections. The results indicated a great dependence of Amazonian exports on the exports of the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM), which including characterize the most competitive sections of the Amazonas; comparative disadvantages mainly in the non-PIM sections compared to Brazil ; signs of competitive increases in some sections, such as the Wood group, which stood out for being the only one of these groups to present rising IVCR; The plant products group increased its share of the export basket and leveraged the number of products exported with revealed comparative advantages. However, landing is still known about the action of the government in front of these clusters. In this way, the aim of this article is to analyze the performance of the municipal public power in relation to LPA “Eletroeletronico de Santa Rita do Sapucai (MG)”. For this, we used documentary research, in which various laws, sites, reports and academic works were obtained and analyzed. As a result, it was obtained the municipal performance, through public policies, was multifaceted, and focused as stimulating and developing the public-private cooperation network as valuation of the local asset base. In addition, it can be seen the success of the agglomerates was due to the vertical and horizontal integration of public policies. The Brazilian Post Office has played an important role in the expansion of electronic commerce, becoming, in the cases of Micro and Small Companies (MPEs), the most viable distribution option. Understanding the importance of retail trade for the economy of Salvador, the central objective proposed in this article was to analyze the contribution of the Post Office, as a logistical operator, to the expansion of e-commerce among MSEs in the City. The research, of a deductive and exploratory nature, was based on bibliographic, documentary and survey research, the latter through the application of questionnaires to companies included in the databases of the Brazilian Post and Telegraph Company (ECT). An analysis based on the Zockun model, which evaluates the effects of scale and replacement. The results show that the production of biofuels, specifically ethanol, does not threaten the production of sugarcane for consumption and, similarly, the production of biodiesel does not compromise the production of vegetable oils and animal fats. When evaluating the relationship between sugarcane and ethanol, and soybean with biodiesel, the two crops are showing a significant scale effect, meaning that there is a significant increase in cultivated areas. It is concluded that there are limits in the Zockun model for the analysis of this research, although the results allow a general indication of the changes of productive reconversion. For it sought to analyze the contribution history; compare peculiarities and differences, and; to verify the influence of the indicators presented in the economy of each COREDE studied. The methodological strategy used was the bibliographical research through books, scientific articles and government websites, adopting as the deductive method. The choice of two COREDEs occurred because both have as their main economic activity in agriculture, and have poorly developed industrial sector, however their economic indicators have uneven results, being important to check what generates this inequality and regional disparities. Thus, the main results show that the Middle High Uruguay has territorial extension less, the largest economic source is agriculture, with a predominance of small property, and presents a GDP of 2.5 billion; already the West Border is more extensive, the main economic activity is agriculture of latifundio and presents a GDP of 10.5 billion.
