VALE DA ELETRÔNICA E PODER PÚBLICO MUNICIPAL: DESVELANDO AS RELAÇÕES ACERCA DO APL DE SANTA RITA DO SAPUCAÍ (MG)

Studies on local productive arrangements have demonstrated the importance of these configurations to local realities, especially the companies that participate in them. However, landing is still known about the action of the government in front of these clusters. In this way, the aim of this article is to analyze the performance of the municipal public power in relation to LPA “Eletroeletronico de Santa Rita do Sapucai (MG)”. For this, we used documentary research, in which various laws, sites, reports and academic works were obtained and analyzed. As a result, it was obtained the municipal performance, through public policies, was multifaceted, and focused as stimulating and developing the public-private cooperation network as valuation of the local asset base. In addition, it can be seen the success of the agglomerates was due to the vertical and horizontal integration of public policies. As theoretical contributions, we can highlight the analysis of an assertive case of local government action, especially in the context of an emerging country, such as Brazil.
