Through the analysis of J. H. Boeke’s, Jacques Lambert’s and Milton Santos’ propositions, it is intended to highlight the central aspects of the dualistic and bipolarization theories, whose premises still reverberate in the development studies in the present days. These years were chosen for the purpose of portraying a previous scenario and a subsequent one after the state innovation laws of the southern states, all created after 2005. The number of innovation patents in these states was used as proxy to capture the efforts in technological development. It was verified, through the Exploratory Analysis of Spatial Data (ESDA), that the patents are not spatially distributed in a random way, that is to say, a positive spatial autocorrelation was verified for the innovation in the South of Brazil. Evidence has also been found, through bivariate analysis, that innovation is spatially related to other factors. In addition, it was found that the Parana lost relevance with respect to Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina, with the latter concentrating the largest number of significant clusters in the region. Inviting to modern formalism, from the perspective of urban planning, the formal studies that associate architectural practices to the process of urban development are ignored, inciting a crisis in the relationship between urbanism and architecture. The objective is to discuss the territorial logic according to the practices and techniques developed in the postmodern period, wich are: territorial scales; layout and urban fabric; built types; and urban fabrics and shapes. Among the thirteen N / NE Networks created, three were coordinated by UFRN. This article aims to analyze the discounts of the three N / NE Networks coordinated by UFRN in the consolidation of CT&I competencies in O&G in Rio Grande do Norte. In order to achieve the proposed objective, secondary data and information were collected in bibliographic works, notices and in the Lattes Platform. In the end I concluded that they have 6 points in common between the 2 locations, and that their biggest difficulty is that they do not have websites associated with mobile devices (such as cell phones, tablets or notebooks, etc.), social network or interaction on line with its customers, hindering the relationships of vertical and / or horizontal networks in the 2 Clusters. The investigation brought a theoretical census on the Sharing of Services and the practices of Corporate and Tax Governance, reflecting, in a second moment, on the issue of Regional Development. Thus, this study aims to analyze the effect of TB on labor income in Brazil in 2008, using the National Household Sample Survey (PNAD) of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) as a source. The results confirm that TB decreases labour income, with the highest effect on women. For this purpose, the productive specializations of each municipality were measured and the determinants of these agglomerations were then tested. As a corollary, Parana advanced in terms of productive density, increasing the percentage of municipalities with some specialization and increasing the value of the industrial density of those who already had specialization in the initial period. The market of organic products in Mato Grosso is in its initial stage, however, there is the perspective of generating aggregate income allowing the development of the region. The general objective of this study is to present the panorama of the competitiveness of the organic market on the perspective of the producer. To obtain data, a questionnaire with closed questions was applied to the organic producers of the Cuiaba River Valley. During the field research, the opinions and perceptions of the producer were collected and recorded in the reliable way of their narrative, making use of the mixed method of data analysis, being carried out the strategy of concomitant triangulation of the data for the accomplishment of validation of the data. The population was identified through the certifier and the Ministry of Agriculture Livestock and Supply - MAPA as 14 producers, in this investigation 12 producers were willing to respond. Regarding socioeconomic data, most of the producers are in the municipality of Pocone - MT and their family income is up to R$ 1,908.00.
