COMPARTILHAMENTO DE SERVIÇOS E DESENVOLVIMENTO REGIONAL A EXPERIÊNCIA DA PETROBRAS NA BAHIA

Abstract

This study demonstrates the contribution of investment by large corporations to the development of regions, based on the experience of Petrobras' CSC in Salvador da Bahia. The investigation brought a theoretical census on the Sharing of Services and the practices of Corporate and Tax Governance, reflecting, in a second moment, on the issue of Regional Development. Its results demonstrated that Petrobras established a dynamic formation of the human capital that was demanded, not only in the productive units already installed in the city and in the region, but also in the operation of the sharing of services, object of this investigation, leaving a legacy of improvement of human capital, infrastructure and technology, with repercussions in the real estate market, in the offer of trade and services, consolidating a new financial axis in the city.
