This research is a survey research that is intended to provide an explanation or referred to as exploratory research that is to see the dominant factors in teachers skills teaching in Business and Management Vocational Schools in Padang City. The total population is 328 teachers, the sampling technique is Proposal Random Sampling . The sample of this study is 180 teachers. The data analysis technique used is factor analysis. The results of the study are: 1) Final results of the Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) shows the number 0.7 04 which is in the Good category . Data was collected by using questionnaires. This study used a quantitative design with survey method. This study also calculates the minimum production costs and the profit received. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Cobb-Douglas production function analysis. The results showed that land, seeds, fertilizers, and labor had a positive effect on rice and corn farming production. The minimum cost of rice farming is lower than corn farming. Pulses in this study were 839 nurses. Looking at a large population, sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique, by determining the number of samples using the slovin formula at a confidence level of 95% and an error rate of 5% so that a sample of 280 nurses was obtained. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) to determine the impact of the influence of organizational culture, quality of human resources and work motivation on performance. The results of the study show that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the quality of human resource nurses then Organizational Culture and Quality of human resources have a significant effect on the motivation of nurse work. The study result shows that services quality and word of mouth have a significant impact on repurchase intention through brand image at Salon Muslimah Beauty Care Padang, but location variable has no significant impact on interest to re-buy through brand image.
