摘要

本研究旨在分析组织文化、工作压力和工作特征对员工绩效的影响。本研究以巴东旅游文化办公室41名员工为样本。本研究使用的分析技术为扫描电镜偏最小二乘法分析。结果表明:组织文化对员工绩效无显著影响,组织文化对员工工作压力有负向显著影响,工作特征对员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作特征对员工工作压力无显著影响,工作压力对员工绩效有负向显著影响;组织文化不通过工作压力对员工绩效产生显著影响,工作特征不通过工作压力对员工绩效产生显著影响。

The Effect of Organizational Culture, Job Stress and Job Characteristics on Employee Performance in Padang Tourism and Culture Office
