The results of this research are: 1) organizational justice gives influential positive and significant to the organizational commitment of PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang. 2) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang. 3) Organizational climate gives a positive and significant effect on PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang positive and significant commitment. 4) Organizational climate gives a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang employees. 5) Job satisfaction provides a negative and not significant effect on PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang organizational commitment. Abstract

The effect of organizational justice and organizational climate on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediation variable, PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang.
