The objective of the article is to determine the main characteristics of the potential consumer's profile when planning the enterprise PR-strategy.\u0000\u0000Methods. The following are used: method of analysis (while studying the service consumers ' behavior by types of values), the method of synthesis (to identify the type of need met by carwash services and create a proprietary model of analysis of the axiologicalfield of the consumers buying services), the method of expert assessment (to identify the key values of the carwash services con­sumer when planning the enterprise PR-strategy in terms of using proprietary model of analysis of the consumers axiological field).\u0000\u0000Results. In the article, the value orientations of carwash services consumers are identified based on the application of M. Rokeach's, Shet Newman Gross's theories. The psychogenic needs of carwash services consumers are detailed based on H. Murray's theory. The type of need met by carwash services are identified. That is the secondary need of physiological origin (to be neat). It is characterized as positive, obvious and conscious. The proprietary model of analysis of the axiological field of the consumers buying carwash services are suggested. In terms of this model, it is established that the most important value groups for carwash services consum­ers are functional and social values. The first stage of the PR-strategy planning process of the enterprise, the carwash services seller on the market, are detailed. The profile of a potential market services consumer is identified. This potential consumer is a person whose key values are comfortable life, pleasure, neatness, family safety, public recognition, sense of achievement, am­bition, etc. The practical importance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of developing suggestions for further enterprise PR-strategy planning and developing the enterprise advertis­ing targeted at end users in terms of this strategy. The objective of the article is to determine the methodology of accounting and in­ternal control of equity of the enterprise with the development ofproposals for improvement.\u0000\u0000Methods. The methodological basis of the study is general and special methods of cognition: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, theoretical generalization, grouping and classifi­cation, logical generalization, and comparative comparison.\u0000\u0000Methods of concretization, observation are used in the study of methods of accounting and internal verification of equity of the enterprise. The graphic method is used to visualize the docu­mentflow during the preparation of the Statement of Equity, as well as the criteria for the function­ing of the internal control system in the joint-stock company. Proposals for determining the list of tasks and procedures for checking equity are developed applying methods of specification and systematization.\u0000\u0000Results. As a result of research of variable authors' approaches to definition offunctions of capital offers on their concretization and expansion of the list of functions in system of management of own capital are given. The documentary scheme of the Report on the capital in the Public joint-stock company is offered. It is substantiated that the internal control car­ried out by the head of the enterprise directly or through his authorized bodies in accordance with the statute should be organized according to the relevant criteria, which are developed and schematically presented to ensure an effective system of internal control in the company. To increase the effectiveness of internal control of equity components, the list of tasks of their internal and external audit is specified. When conducting an internal audit of equity compo­nents, a systematic list of control procedures is proposed, which must be used by the internal auditor at the enterprise.\u0000\u0000The practical use of the results of the study will increase the efficiency of the control system of equity transactions and prevent violations. Methods: methods of analysis (to study the behaviour of Ukrainian, European and American consumers), synthesis (to determine the factors that influence the behaviour of Ukrainian con­sumers in the restaurant market), comparison (during analyzing the structure of major consumer spendings groups in the US, EU and Ukraine); theoretical generalization (to justify the main trends in the restaurant business in the US, EU and Ukraine) are applied in the article. Results. It is especially important for the distribution of new restaurant franchises in the res­taurant service market of Ukraine to understand the differences between the Ukrainian consumer and the consumers of the restaurant service in the USA and the EU, as well as the trends in the restaurant business in Ukraine and in the world. Factors that influenced the formation of a low level of nutrition in public places and the benefits to eat at home for Ukrainian consumers are identified (the exacerbation of the need for security as a result of the constant struggle for survival in times of war for independence and in times of starving; treating a restaurant as an exceptional event in a person's life; condemnation by a frequent visitor of a restaurant as a negative phenomenon in society and demonstration striv­ing for hard work and work in general; poor quality of restaurant and cafe products and lack of service culture at the beginning of the development of the restaurant industry in Ukraine (during 1991-2006); persistent conviction by the vast majority of the population that home-cookedfood is more useful than restaurant food; low consumer revenue etc.). The main tendencies of the restaurant business development in the USA, EU countries and Ukraine are described in the article (reduction and slowdown of the industry growth in the next years in the world and in Ukraine; development of restaurant delivery services; reduction of the cost offood produced at the expense of economy on staff salaries; increasing consumer attention to online restaurant reviews before visiting, as well as actively positioning the restaurant business through Facebook, Instagram in the Ukraine waste from plastic waste in EU and US countries; development offast foodfranchises with the concept of healthy ingredients and healthy food, selfservice kiosks and mobile ordering and payment apps for the US and EU; food delivery, online booking services, payments through the mobile application system, automatic account sharing among customers, etc. — for Ukraine). Based on the study of scientific literature, the goal of the research is to identify and systematize the macro-, meso-, micro-, nano-levels destabilizers of the development of innovative potential in the hospitality industry.\u0000\u0000Methods. In the process of the study the authors apply such methods as methods of theoretical generalization and comparison (to characterize the views of individual authors on the destabilizers of the innovative potential of the hospitality industry), analysis and synthesis (to systematize mesodestabilizers of innovative potential), graphic (to build a funnel of destabilizers at different levels on the development of innovation potential of hospitality industry).\u0000\u0000Results. Based on the study of the opinions of a number of authors who consider the destabilizers of the development of innovation potential in the hospitality sector at the macro, meso, micro, nano levels, it is determined that all destabilizers of innovation potential at the macro level are a reflection of domestic practice in innovation in all areas. Identification of mesodestabilizers of innovation potential allows distinguishing the following their types: integration, infrastructure, logistical, motivational, strategic, competitive, market, institutional, economic, financial, informational, legal, personnel, and evaluation. As for the considered microdestabilizers, they repeat mesodestabilizers. The nanodestabilizers of innovation potential, which affect the personnel innovation potential of the enterprise include: low professional status of the innovator, lack of material incentives and conditions for creative work, outflow of scientific personnel. The objective of the article is to study the status and challenges of the application of reporting on payments in profit of state by mining companies within the implementation of the provisions of Directive 2013/34/EU and substantiate the conceptualframeworkfor further promo­tion of such reporting in order to increase the transparency of industry enterprise's payments.\u0000\u0000Methods. The following approaches and methods of scientific analysis for solving the scientific problems and achieving the ultimate goal of research, are applied: institutional, systemic, empiri­cal, structural and functional, comparative, retrospective, methods of induction, deduction, as well as logical, analytical and other methods. The institutional approach allows to conduct the compre­hensive study of national legislation in the context of the implementation of European legislation, in particular Directive 2013/34/EU. The application of the principles and methods of systematic approach makes it possible to determine the levels of the hierarchy of regulation of reporting on payments in profit of state. The application of the empirical approach makes it possible to carry out a structural andfunctional analysis of data, to monitor changes to national legislation on the regulation of reporting of mining enterprises. The comparative and retrospective analysis helps to determine the forms of implementation of the innovations of European legislation into the area of accounting and reporting. The methods of scientific induction and deduction makes it possible to establish the interconnections, interactions and influence of institutes and state institutions and on this basis to determine the conceptual basis for the further promotion of reporting on payments in profit of state by mining enterprises.\u0000\u0000Results. The value of the conclusions and suggestions obtained as a result of the study is in the developed conceptual framework for further improvement of the regulatory framework aimed to enhance the transparency in the extractive industries by assessing the status and identifying the difficulties of establishing the reporting on payments in profit of state taking into account in­novations in national legislation made within the provisions of the Directive 2013/34/EU. In the process of research are used the following general scientific methods and techniques of cognition: theoretical generalization and comparison (to find the generalized con­cept of impact investment among various definitions), analysis and synthesis (for a comprehensive study of the impact investing's intension), abstract-logical method (for linking impact investing with different directions of investing), induction and deduction, grouping and classification etc.\u0000\u0000Results. The article explores the concept of impact investing as a global trend in the context of globalization, which, in addition to receiving economic benefits from investing money, makes a positive social and environmental impact. It has been found that impact investing is formed at the intersection of economic, social and environmental directions of investment and is characterized by the following features: intentionality, financial return, variability of asset classes and impact measurement. It is stated that the Global Impact Investor Network (GIIN) is an international organization that systematically monitors the processes of this investment activity. In the process of research, techniques of abstraction (to identify approaches to un­derstanding and signs of innovation potential of the enterprise), system analysis and synthesis (to form their own vision of the innovative potential of the enterprise) are used.\u0000\u0000Results. Monitoring of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the innovative potential of the enterprise reveals a sufficiently wide variety of views on this category, which is reflected in the presence of approaches: systemic, structural, interface, resource, resource-efficient, process, management, market-based, comprehensive, integrated.\u0000\u0000The structural approach to determining the innovation potential of an enterprise focuses on indi­vidual components of the potential. The resource-efficient approach to characterizing the innovation potential of the enterprise is to use the available resources at the enterprise to ensure the result in the form of an innovative effect in market conditions. From the point of view of management approach, under the innovative potential of the enterprise it is necessary to understand the generalized charac­teristics of the capabilities of the management system to the implementation of innovative potential. Theobjective of the study is to determine the essence of cryptocurrencies and substantiate them as a type of digital financial asset.\u0000\u0000Methods. Methods of synthesis and generalization, comparative and stochastic analysis are used to define the basic concepts of cryptocurrencies, their main types and substantiate cryptocurrencies as a type of digital financial asset.\u0000\u0000Results. In the process of studying the meaning of the term \"cryptocurrency\" it is explained as a financial instrument, a global means of payment, circulation and investment, a specific asset, digital (virtual) currency, which exists in electronic form. Cryptocurrency is a special type of digital financial assets, the operation of which is based on a decentralized mechanism of issuance and circulation and is a complex system of information technology procedures based on cryptographic protection methods that regulate the identification of owners and record the change.\u0000\u0000The characteristics of the main types of cryptocurrencies are singled out and given, which include: Bitcoin, Lightcoin, Pircoin, Neimcoin, Fezerkoin. It is also determined that the main criteria of target functions, the calculations of which are used in cryptocurrencies, are the following: the inevitability of transactions; opportunity for anyone to check their validity; the complexity of calculations with the predicted speed.\u0000\u0000The factors of dependence of the value of cryptocurrencies are considered. They include: network factor (network size, breadth of its use as a measure of price or utility for consumers); demand or utility; attention of investors.\u0000\u0000The basis of each of the cryptocurrencies is a blockchain. The sequence of each transaction is determined by complex cryptographic functions: each transaction includes an electronically signed hash of the previous transaction; transactions are collected in blocks, and the hash of all transactions of the block is calculated for the header by constructing a Merkel tree; the block goes through the confirmation procedure with the inclusion of the hash of the previous block.\u0000\u0000The principle of operation of the blockchain is determined. The objective of the article is theoretical research of the strategic approaches to assess the competitiveness of the human capital of the enterprise and methods of assessing it in strategic management.\u0000\u0000Methods. The methods of analysis, synthesis, abstraction and logical generalization are used in the research to compare methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of an en­terprise s human capital and strategies for ensuring the competitive advantage of human capital.\u0000\u0000Results. The article describes the substantive characteristics of the concept of «human capi­tal». Human capital is the most important resource of an enterprise that creates wealth, accom­plishes all the tasks of the enterprise and gives it the opportunity to develop and gain profits. The study develops the definitions of human capital which means various knowledge and skills that are used to meet a person's personal needs and national well-being as a whole. The peculiarities of ensuring human capital competitiveness are considered. These include the ability to create new products, new technologies through the acquisition of new knowledge and competencies through additional training, social benefits, employee motivation and others. Sources of human capital fi­nancing have been identified. They include public institutions, own and other sources of financing. The components for estimation of human capital competitiveness are analyzed, which gives the basis for formation of a complex ofparameters of estimation of competitiveness of human capital of the enterprise. The factors that determine the competitiveness of human capital are investi­gated. This can then be used to conduct a factor analysis of ensuring the competitiveness of hu­man capital. The methods of human capital competitiveness evaluation, in particular in strategic management and their characteristics, are considered. It is determined that each method has its own peculiarities and advantages. The simplest method of assessing the competitiveness of human capital is the method of scoring using benchmarking. In the context of strategic management, it is advisable to use matrix methods with a set of estimation parameters, which will allow to consider in detail the impact of each parameter to ensure the competitiveness of the human capital of the enterprise. The choice of the method depends on the strategic goal of the company, the conditions of market development, the positions of supply and demand assessment and the availability of key valuation parameters. The objective of the article is to build a model of infrastructure of competitive advantages of Donetsk economic region according to the state of innovation, transport and tourism infrastructure development.\u0000\u0000Methods. To achieve the objective, methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, analogies, contrastive comparison, formal and substantive modeling are used. The principal components method is applied to build the model. To neutralize the different nature and dimensionality of the values of indicators, the procedure of standardization (normalization) of data is carried out.\u0000\u0000Results. Three groups of the main components of the model of the infrastructure of competitive advantages of Donetsk economic region are identified. It is established that the most significant (the share of variance is 51.3%) is the group of factors, which consists of the following indicators: infrastructure facilities created with the participation of local authorities, coordination councils, number of trolleybuses, number of gas stations, operational length of railways public use, the length of public roads by region, the length of public trolleybuses, the length of public tram tracks, the number of collective accommodation, the actual area of ​​the NPF, the total number of historical and cultural sites on the state register. These components of the infrastructure of competitive advantages of Donetsk economic region should become a priority for the formation of a competitive infrastructure of the region.
