The objective of the research is analysis and optimization ofprofitability of domes­tic tourism enterprises on the basis of process management.\u0000\u0000Methods. The research is based on a comprehensive analysis of the profitability indicators of tourism enterprises in Ukraine. General scientific methods are applied: analysis, synthesis, induc­tion, deduction, graphical method, grouping, comparison, relative value method, structural analy­sis (for estimation of profitability of the subjects of tourist activity) and abstract-logical method (for formulation of offers and conclusions).\u0000\u0000Results. Features and types of business processes of tourism enterprises are considered. The dynamics and structure of operating income of the entities of tourist activity-legal entities for 2011-2018 are estimated. The indicators of the dynamics ofprofitability of realization of the sub­jects of tourist activity are considered, the average indicators ofprofitability per one tourist activ­ity are considered. The main factors and tendencies of change of profitability by the subjects of tourist activity in Ukraine are distinguished. According to the revealed tendencies of change of operating profit of tourist enterprises insufficient efficiency of their business processes and difficult adaptation to sharp changes of external environment are established.\u0000\u0000It is revealed that the most effective management of business processes is organized by tour­ist operators, which is confirmed by the highest performance indicators. For travel agents, the efficiency of business processes is low, and the main reasons for the decline in profitability are the increase in the cost of travel services. For the subjects engaged in excursion activity, the per­formance of business process management was not stable, but at the end of the analyzed period significantly improved due to the increase in revenues from the provision of travel services. The objective of the study is to analyze the main trends and features of e-commerce in Ukraine and identify prospects for its further development.\u0000\u0000Methods. To achieve the objective, the following research methods are used: systematic and comprehensive analysis (to identify trends in e-commerce in the world and the domestic economy), comparison and grouping, graphical and tabular methods (for visual representation of statistical material), abstract-logical method (for formulation of proposals and conclusions).\u0000\u0000Results. The indicators of e-commerce development in the world are analyzed. The main tendencies of the e-commerce market of Ukraine are investigated. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the volume and structure of the e-commerce market of Ukraine, the growth of indicators in 2015-2021 is established and growth is expected in the future. Assessment of the market structure by major sellers shows that it is dominated by marketplaces. Analysis of the product structure of the Ukrainian e-commerce market shows that the largest segments are electronics and media, fashion, furniture and appliances. According to experts, the market in Ukraine has great potential, because the e-costs of one Ukrainian are far behind the developed world and European countries. The key trends of e-commerce in Ukraine in recent years are summarized. They include: the growing share of mobile traffic, fast payment methods, a variety of payment systems. reviving e-commerce in the regions by improving the logistics network and increasing the level of Internet penetration in the regions, fast and affordable delivery, increasing the number of purchases on credit, the transformation of online stores into marketplaces; provision of additional services, omnichannel, significant influence of social networks, promotion of chatbots, etc. The main problems of e-commerce development in Ukraine are systematized. The trends in the development of the e-commerce market during the war between Russia and Ukraine have been revealed. It is established that the key directions of e-commerce development in Ukraine in the near future will be: maximum process automation, providing range for customers, quality control, omnichannel model of work, development of marketplaces and logistics, increasing filling centers, information touching the customer where it is convenient and appropriate, increasing the share of sales on foreign marketplaces, promotion through social networks, native advertising and publications in the media, the introduction of new technologies, training. The objective of the article is to substantiate the impact of crisis phenomena on the tourism industry of Ukraine and the need to develop anti-crisis strategies that would minimize the impact of global threats on the development of Ukraine’s tourism industry and promote their development in the post-crisis period.\u0000\u0000Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the provisions of modern economic theory, management theory, and scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of marketing. The methods used to ensure its logical essence are the following: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of system-structural analysis, the method of modeling complex systems. The solution of the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of the following general and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach.\u0000\u0000Results. The authors consider the impact of the crisis on the structure and volume of tourist flows in Ukraine. It is concluded that their negative impact on the functioning of tourism (we are talking about the annexation of Crimea, the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian invasion of Ukraine). It is noted that in times of crisis it is important to develop ways to minimize the impact of crisis phenomena by means of introduction of anti-crisis strategies for tourism in Ukraine, which will take into account external and internal negative factors, outlined measures, the implementation of which will overcome the existing negative trends and consequences of the crisis in the tourism industry. It is concluded that in the crisis period there is a complete reformatting of our usual systems, the formation of new social and economic strategies, which should be based on the principle of using the intellectual and creative potential of the human personality. The importance of combining tourism and culture is substantiated, as they are a source of identity in the context of globalization and crisis. The objective of the article is to assess the state of debt indicators, identify posi­tive and negative changes in the structure and dynamics of debt indicators, forecast the amount of public debt of Ukraine, and develop recommendations to ensure medium-term debt sustainability of the state in the context of anticrisis action plan.\u0000\u0000Methods. The theoretical basis of the study is the scientific works of domestic andforeign sci­entists on public debt management, debt policy, debt sustainability and debt security of the state. The following research methods are used in the research process: analysis and synthesis (to deter­mine crisis and intercrisis periods), historical-logical (to group and determine causal relation­ships), econometric modeling (to build models for forecasting VAT and public debt) and scenario analysis (to assess possible options for further events).\u0000\u0000Results. Based on the analysis of statistics on public debt, budget deficit, their ratio to GDP, the main trends in public policy regarding compliance with the convergence criteria, three historical periods in the dynamics of public debt and budget deficit are identified, the causes and conse­quences of financial crises are determined. A fundamentally new approach to forecasting public debt and determining the safe amount of additional borrowing in accordance with safe sources of debt repayment is proposed, the choice of such sources is justified. A regression model of public debt forecast is built. The objective of the article is to determine the main features of consumer behaviour models in food markets on the basis of domestic and global experience of modeling consumer behavior; to investigate the impact of war on changes in both the psychology of consumer behaviour and changes in the activity of the markets themselves in order to take them into account in the process of modeling consumer behaviour in the future.\u0000\u0000Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research are the scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists. Dialectical method of learning processes and phenomena (for a general study of the issue of modeling consumer behaviour in the Ukrainian food market); monographic (for analysis and generalization of the theoretical foundations of consumer behaviour modeling); graphic (to display consumer preferences for different categories of goods, peculiarities of purchasing behaviour of Ukrainian consumers during the war and factors influencing consumer choice); index (to assess changes in consumer preferences for different categories of goods); abstract-logical method (for evaluating statistical data and for forming the resulting research conclusions).\u0000\u0000Results. The components and features of modeling consumer behaviour and the process of making a consumer choice in the food market are considered, the main features that distinguish the food market from other markets are determined. A classification of consumer behaviour modeling types in food markets is proposed.\u0000\u0000In the subsequent research, it is found out how the consumer goods market of Ukraine changes during the war. The growth of prices for goods in the consumer basket and the restoration and redistribution of logistics supply chains are analyzed. The levels of elasticity of demand for various groups of products are analyzed and it is found that during the war, only 7% of Ukrainian consumers do not limit themselves when buying food products. The main influencing factor on consumer behaviour on the food market in Ukraine is the purchasing power of the population and the level of income of consumers. Analyzing previous publications on the topic, the author testifies to the fact that there is a wide range of services in the field of public administration and the emphasis on social services in the context of social protection and decentralization of power. The purpose of the presented study is to study the problem of providing services to the population in the regional dimension.\u0000\u0000The reconnaissance is written on the materials prepared, processed and stored in the archives of the municipal enterprise \"Institute of Development of the City of Kryvyi Rih\". This article has scientific novelty, because it contains previously unused content, in particular, the final results of representative sociological surveys according to the method of questionnaires, which were conducted among the residents of Kryvyi Rih. The subject of the author's research are the services most in demand by ordinary citizens, such as: hairdressing, individual tailoring or repair of clothing and footwear, catering, leisure, care for the elderly and more. The objective of the article is to research the current provisions of the development strategies of the amalgamated territorial communities in the context of using the positioning tools of Luhansk and Donetsk regions in order to form a positive image of the territories and increase their competitiveness.\u0000\u0000Methods. To achieve the objective an abstract logical method is used (when substantiating the use of a marketing approach for the development of local territories); the method of structural and logical analysis (when determining the prerequisites for positioning the communities of the Lu­hansk and Donetsk regions) and the method of logical generalization (when revealing the value of the positioning process for the amalgamated territorial communities of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions) are applied.\u0000\u0000Results. The use of a marketing approach to the development of local territories is justified, the use of a territorial-sectoral concept as a classic for positioning the administrative-territorial units of Ukraine is noted. The provisions of the development strategies of the amalgamated territo­rial communities of Ukraine in the context of using positioning tools are investigated, and regional results have been clustered. Using the mapping method, the presence of deep asymmetries in the process of positioning the amalgamated territorial communities of Ukraine is proved, and the presence of only two marketing tools in their strategic documents (SWOT-analysis and assessment of the competitiveness of the territory) is ascertained. The main prerequisites for positioning the amalgamated territorial communities of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, which have difficult condi­tions for the formation of a positive image of their territories in connection with the continuation of hostilities in the east of the country, are identified and analysed. The objective of the article is to analyze and evaluate the volumes, directions, growth reasons of migration flows in the world and determine measures to minimize their negative effect.\u0000\u0000Methods. In the process of establishing the volumes, directions and growth reasons of migration flows in the world, general scientific methods of scientific knowledge are used. The abstraction method is used to determine the migration-active regions. The grouping method is applied to determine the number of labour emigrants from Eastern European countries in 2010–2019. The comparison method is used for comparing the share of labour migrants in the total structure of the labour forces in the regions of the world in 2013 and 2017. The synthesis method is used to concretize the number of labour migrants in Africa in the context of integration associations in 2017. Methods of induction, concretization and abstraction are applied to determine the causes and directions of labour emigration in the Arab states of the Middle East.\u0000\u0000Results. The article deals the directions of labour migration in the world. A detailed analysis of the reasons and directions of labour migration flows to the EU countries is carried out. The main directions of labour emigration to the EU countries are determined and include: Europe-Europe (immigration from Eastern Europe to EU countries) and Africa-Europe (immigration from Africa to EU countries). The volume of labour emigration in the direction of Europe- Europe in the context of Eastern Europe donor countries is summarized. The main reasons for labour migration in the African region are formed, concretized and generalized. It is determined that despite the significant volumes of labour emigration to the EU countries, a characteristic feature of the African region is the predominance of intraregional labour migration (80 %). The main reasons for the decrease in the number of official labour migration from African countries to the EU is identified (the stricter requirements «immigration legislation» EU; the EU migra- tion crisis in 2015, the desire to avoid additional tax payments and preserve the possibility of receiving financial assistance). The main reasons and directions of the labour migration growth in the Asian region are summarized. It is determined that the largest number of labour migrants in the Asian region migrates both within the region (more migrants in countries with a higher income level) and to the Arab states of the Middle East. The objective of the article is to determine the current trends in the development of innovations in international tourism through the systematization of scientific and analytical literature and bibliometric analysis of the term \"innovations in tourism\".\u0000\u0000Methods. To achieve the goal, such research methods as literature review, content and quantitative bibliometric analysis are applied. The review of reports of international organizations is used to identify, collect and analyze data on modern trends in the development of innovations in international tourism, as well as their critical assessment. The content analysis is carried out to determine the components of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship in international tourism, to determine the innovative spheres (systems) of international tourism. Quantitative bibliometric analysis of scientific research on tourism innovations is carried out using data visualization tools of the Scopus (Elsevier) scientometric database. The time interval of the research is 22 years (2000-2022) according to the search query – “Tourism Innovation”.\u0000\u0000Results. Quantitative bibliometric analysis of documents for the search query “Tourism Innovation” for the period 2010-2022 in the scientometric database Scopus (Elsevier) is carried out using data visualization tools. The analysis is carried out according to three parameters: 1) the number of documents for the studied period; 2) the country of origin of the authors; 3) sectoral distribution of documents. The content of the most cited publications on the subject under investigation is analyzed. The provisions of the UNWTO Innovation, Education, Digital Transformation and Investment Strategy are elaborated, as well as the organization's practical activities for its implementation are studied. This makes it possible to single out the elements of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship in international tourism and to determine the functions and roles of ecosystem participants in the promotion and formation of innovation development trends. The objective of the article is the analysis of the state and features of foreign trade in services between Ukraine and the EU in 2015–2019.\u0000\u0000Methods. Following methods and techniques of knowledge are used during the study: theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, grouping, and classification\u0000\u0000Results. According to the results of the study it is substantiated that at the present stage of development, international trade is characterized by servicing, which is manifested in a significant increase in trade in services, increasing its share and total international trade; this feature of the development of international trade is naturally reflected in the foreign trade relations of individual countries, including Ukraine — in 2015–2019, the volume of Ukraine’s foreign trade in services went up 1.5 times or by 7311.5 million dollars and amounted to 22571.1 million dollars as of 2019. It is established that in 2015–2019.: Ukraine’s main foreign trade partner was the EU, which accounted for an average of 35.4 % of Ukraine’s exports and 42.8 % of imports; the structure of foreign trade of Ukraine and the EU is dominated by foreign trade in goods, but the volume of foreign trade in services is growing dynamically, during the period under review, the volume of foreign trade in services of Ukraine and the EU increased almost 1.4 times or 2173.6 million dollars; the volumes of exports of services prevail over the volumes of imports, which led to a positive balance of foreign trade in services of Ukraine and the EU, which during this period had a tendency to increase; in the structure of foreign trade in services of Ukraine and the EU are dominated by such types of services as: services for processing material resources, transport services, financial services, information services, business services, while in the structure of foreign trade of Ukraine and EU services the largest exports were characterized by processing services material resources, transportation services, information services, business services, imports: transportation services, travel services, financial services, royalties, business services; Ukraine’s most active partners in trade in services were EU countries such as the United Kingdom, Cyprus, and Germany, which accounted for an average of almost 50 % of the total foreign trade in services of Ukraine and the EU.
