The objective of the article is to substantiate the impact of crisis phenomena on the tourism industry of Ukraine and the need to develop anti-crisis strategies that would minimize the impact of global threats on the development of Ukraine’s tourism industry and promote their development in the post-crisis period.\n\nMethods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the provisions of modern economic theory, management theory, and scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of marketing. The methods used to ensure its logical essence are the following: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of system-structural analysis, the method of modeling complex systems. The solution of the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of the following general and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach.\n\nResults. The authors consider the impact of the crisis on the structure and volume of tourist flows in Ukraine. It is concluded that their negative impact on the functioning of tourism (we are talking about the annexation of Crimea, the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian invasion of Ukraine). It is noted that in times of crisis it is important to develop ways to minimize the impact of crisis phenomena by means of introduction of anti-crisis strategies for tourism in Ukraine, which will take into account external and internal negative factors, outlined measures, the implementation of which will overcome the existing negative trends and consequences of the crisis in the tourism industry. It is concluded that in the crisis period there is a complete reformatting of our usual systems, the formation of new social and economic strategies, which should be based on the principle of using the intellectual and creative potential of the human personality. The importance of combining tourism and culture is substantiated, as they are a source of identity in the context of globalization and crisis. 目标。本文的目的是证实危机现象对乌克兰旅游业的影响,以及制定反危机战略的必要性,以最大限度地减少全球威胁对乌克兰旅游业发展的影响,并促进危机后时期乌克兰旅游业的发展。本研究的理论和方法基础是现代经济理论、管理理论和国内外科学家在市场营销领域的科学著作的规定。保证其逻辑本质的方法有:科学知识的辩证方法、系统结构分析方法、复杂系统建模方法。运用分析与综合、系统化与一般化、辨证法等一般与特殊的研究方法来解决本文所设定的任务。作者考虑了危机对乌克兰旅游流量结构和数量的影响。结论是,它们对旅游业的运作产生了负面影响(我们正在谈论克里米亚的吞并,COVID-19大流行,俄罗斯入侵乌克兰)。有人指出,在危机时期,重要的是制定方法,通过引入乌克兰旅游业的反危机战略,将危机现象的影响降到最低,这将考虑到外部和内部的负面因素,概述了措施,实施这些措施将克服旅游业危机的现有负面趋势和后果。结论是,在危机时期,我们需要对我们通常的制度进行彻底的重新格式化,形成新的社会和经济战略,这些战略应以利用人类个性的智力和创造潜力的原则为基础。旅游和文化结合的重要性得到了证实,因为它们是全球化和危机背景下的身份来源。指出了使乌克兰旅游业危机现象影响最小化的安全因素。
