In this research, stratified random sampling method was used. A survey was carried out with the frontline employees in the accommodation enterprises that have tourism operation licensed in the city center of Antalya. Correlation, simple regression and multivariate regression analyzes were performed on data collected from 402 participants. According to the results of correlation analysis, a significant relationship was found between emotional labor and organizational commitment. According to the results of multivariate regression analysis, it was determined that emotional labor has significant effect on organizational commitment. In this study, whether workplace relationships have a mediating effect on the relationship between dismissing style, secure style, and affective commitment; also whether mindfulness has a moderation effect between these styles and workplace relationships were examined. Employees from various sectors responded to an online survey. Data were analyzed with the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and PROCESS macro. The results supported the mediating effect of workplace relationships between dismissing style and affective commitment, and mindfulness had a moderation effect between this style and workplace relationships. In the context of the secure attachment style, only the relationship with the supervisor was found to have a mediating effect. The study provides a holistic model that examines the effects of job satisfaction and person- organization fit on the relationship of the worker's work overload and intention to quit. The sample of the study consists of 581 contract employees working in Kayseri and Bolu provinces of the public institution responsible for security at national level. The research data were collected using the survey technique. In measuring the variables of the research, work overload, job satisfaction, person-organization fit and intention to quit scales were used. Validity of the scales was tested by confirmatory factor analysis. Correlation and hierarchical regression analysis were used to determine the relationship between variables, for mediation tests PROCESS v3.0 used which is running on SPSS 15. The findings show that employees' perceptions of work overload significantly and negatively affect their intention to quit. In this context, concepts of mission and vision are extremely important to implementation of strategic management process in public institutions. The mission and vision statements of public institutions are expected and necessity to be in line with legislation governing the organization of the relevant public institution. In this context, this research, sixteen Ministries’, carrying out public services in Turkey, mission and vision statements were analyzed with content analysis method as of November 2019. To this purpose, a mixed research methodology with 168 private sector attorneys was designed. The average happiness at work of the lawyers was found to be 3.07 on the 5-point Likert scale. Lawyers express their happiness at work with” realizing the potential, working environment conditions, peace, doing the job with pleasure, money / income / wage”. The general happiness at work of the lawyers who expressed their happiness at work in terms of income / money / wages has the highest average with 3.24 average. In addition, to detect how the effect of organizational trust variables on loneliness in the workplace varied according to gender is the original contribution of the study. Data collected through survey conducting on 256 people working at airports in Isparta and Denizli were subjected to difference test, correlation and road analysis. According to the findings of the study, it was found that women experienced more loneliness in the workplace than men. It has been determined that honesty and reliability increase the commitment to the organization and commitment reduces the emotional and social loneliness in the workplace. It has been concluded that reliability in men and honesty in women are more effective in organizational commitment.
