In addition, to detect how the effect of organizational trust variables on loneliness in the workplace varied according to gender is the original contribution of the study. Data collected through survey conducting on 256 people working at airports in Isparta and Denizli were subjected to difference test, correlation and road analysis. According to the findings of the study, it was found that women experienced more loneliness in the workplace than men. It has been determined that honesty and reliability increase the commitment to the organization and commitment reduces the emotional and social loneliness in the workplace. It has been concluded that reliability in men and honesty in women are more effective in organizational commitment.
