The equity-based incentive performance is significant positive correlation with the levels of executive equity-based incentive. It shows equity-based incentive can improve company performance. When adding interaction variables in equation, we found the sensitivity for the company performance to levels of executive equity-based incentive would be affected by other factors. There are interactions between proportions in executive stock holding and market competition, risk level faced by the company, company scale and capital structure. And the efficiency of executive equity-based incentive is negative correlation with risk endured by the companies, proportions of independent directors and capital structure shows the internal and external governance structure of listed companies in China are still exist some problems. Despite a growing body of literature in this area, no generally accepted conceptualization of relationship benefits and their antecedents has emerged from the marketing literature. The present paper investigates the theoretical foundations of relationship marketing, then identifies four underling dimensions of relationship benefits and two underling dimensions of antecedents. The relationship benefits dimensions are confidence, social, special treatment, and honor benefits, their antecedents dimensions are interpersonal relationships and company relationships. It is suggested that antecedents and relationship benefits should be conceptualized as a formative, multidimensional, higher-order construct. This conceptualization is tested using data from a survey among some 400 customers of the services of hairdressers. The findings of this article are directions for future research and managerial implications. Drawing lessons from theories and models of ecology, this paper researches on eco-relationship among enterprises, and concludes that the main eco-relationships in the midst of strategic network nodes are cooperation, cooperative competition, and co-existence. At the same time, according to different node relationships, this paper builds up corresponding eco-evolutionary models for the strategic network. By analyzing the models, we get the conditions under which the strategic network nodes achieve stable equilibrium in different inter-node-relationships. The achievement helps us to have a better understanding of the principles in the process of strategic network evolution, sharpening the overall competitive edge of the system.","PeriodicalId":267621,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115306705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research results indicated that the rural energy consumption structure would not change largely, and the consumption structure would develop to the direction with high quality and commercialization. In next 5 years, for the rural energy consumption structure, the proportion of the commercial energy will increase slowly and the use of the living energy will still occupy the leading status, and in the living energy consumption, the traditional biomass energy will still occupy the dominant status, and the proportion of the electric power will increase slowly, and the proportion of the firedamp will increase largely.","PeriodicalId":267621,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"220 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115652786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The degree of sharing between the disabled user and the system is dependent upon the user's abilities and is determined with actual and virtual driving tests. A mechanism of how people extract control variables from sensory data is required. A computerised experiment, Windows™ programmed 2-D simulation of a powered wheelchair navigation task, has been conceived for collecting such useful information. The experiment is also used in an attempt to quantify some navigation measurements such as cognitive complexity and safety as a fundamental component of the authors' safety research of RISs. This paper presents an in-depth cognitive task analysis of the data obtained from the simulation experiment. It was derived from the authors' early rehabilitation engineering research and will provide a basis for further investigations aiming at the enhancement of the independence of disabled people.","PeriodicalId":267621,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"25 12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115716163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although the industrial policy support of \" revitalized planning of automobile industry\" has been brought forward by Chinese government in the early 2009, has eased up the impact of the economic crisis to Chinese automobile industry in a certain extent, how to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises by such improvements as logistics costs is the challenges to Chinese government and its automotive industry. On the basis of the investigation of several Chinese AMFs (Automobile Manufacturing Firms) and their SDNs (Supply-Demand Networks), this paper analyzes the current constraint factors of logistics integration of Chinese automotive industry. It also proposes a integrative system design to adapt the logistics development of Chinese automotive components and spare parts by using such logistics technologies as materials direct delivery, cross-transshipment and postpone production, etc.. Around the three functional modules of flexible logistics planning, real-time resources control and deployment, and knowledge reuse and share, this paper builds a global logistics systematic model of Chinese automotive components and spare parts. It provides not only the effective protection for normal operation of automobile assembly and spare parts supplying system, but the logistics systematic supports for the realization of the standardization, personalization, modular and platform. It integrates the merits of GMM and AANN. GMM and AANN are trained as a whole by means of maximum likelihood. In the process of training, the parameter of GMM and AANN are updated alternately. AANN reshapes the distribution of the data and improves the similarity of the data in one class. The influence factor model contains organization-layer and ability-layer. Organization-layer includes three kinds of factors. They are organizational structure factor, organizational institution factor, and organizational culture factor. Organizational structure factor can be shown from three aspects: department setting-up, power disposition and construction of basic scientific research organization. Organizational institution factor can also be shown from three aspects: personnel management system, distribution system and evaluation system. Meanwhile, organizational culture factor can be explained from three aspects too, including values of organization, school-running ideas and organizational learning. Ability-layer includes four kinds of factors. Then, the mechanism of action through which innovative organization-layer affects innovative ability-layer is analyzed. Finally, the mechanism of action through which innovative ability-layer affects innovative achievements is concluded.
