The purpose of the study was to determine the features of sustainable development of individual land territories of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (hereinafter – the Russian Arctic or AZRF), taking into account the results of the dynamics of sustainable development indicators and the type of economy of these regions. To this end, the work presented problem areas of socio-economic development that hinder the successful achievement of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) of Russia and the attainability of the goals and objectives of strategic management of the development of these territories. To determine the type of economy and the characteristics of economic development, a structural analysis of the economy was carried out and structural shifts in dynamics were determined. The research methodology includes both general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, and the author's approach to structural analysis of the economy, based on the three-sector model of the Clark-Fisher economy. The purpose of the article is to develop a management concept for the tourism industry, which allows for a comprehensive analysis of the current state and development potential of the tourism industry and formulate management decisions for the development of the tourism industry in the region. The authors use methods of statistical data analysis, structural analysis and quantitative assessment of criteria. The article develops the concept of management of the tourism industry at the regional level, developed an algorithm for identifying “zones of attraction” in the region, a functional diagram of monitoring, control and adjustment of management decisions. On the basis of statistical data and a quantitative assessment of the criteria in the context of municipalities, the zones of attraction of the region's territory are determined. Based on the indicators of the implementation of the tourist potential and the level of development of tourism infrastructure, a positioning map of the municipalities of the region is built, on the basis of which management decisions are developed. The results of approbation of the concept made it possible, using the example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, to demonstrate the system of identifying the current and potential “zones of attraction” of the region in the context of municipalities, which makes it possible to form management decisions in the development of the tourism industry of the territories. Thus, the use of the developed management methodology for the tourism industry will allow us to determine the point places of attraction of tourists and to work out in more detail possible management decisions, which will increase the level of tourist attractiveness of the region as a whole. A study was made of the interpersonal communication skills that company leaders should have in order to ensure a positive emotional background in the team, increase the commitment and loyalty of the company's employees. The elements, styles and principles of interpersonal communication in the business environment are revealed. The article emphasizes that the skills of competent interpersonal communications are very valuable in modern companies, since they allow building a full-fledged intra-corporate communication and thereby increasing the efficiency of the company. The influence of tutor support on the formation of subjectivity among students is analyzed within the framework of the management model at the university. In the course of the study, it was determined that mastering the tools for determining individual educational trajectories and reflecting them potentially affects the awareness of the value of the education received, and, as a result, the growth of satisfaction with education at the university. This process is seen as a way to solve the problem of applicants choosing specialties in which they do not intend to find employment in the future. The methodological basis of the study was the competency-based and subject-object approaches in education. The following methods were used in the study: analysis of the literature on the research problems; experiment; one-way analysis of variance, testing of hypotheses by the Fisher criterion, survey (questionnaire), methodology for assessing the stages of formation of subjectivity. Changes in the subjectivity of students accompanied by a tutor as part of project teams in the first year of study at the university have been quantitatively and statistically proven. The principal result of the study is the establishment of the fact that if university students have or increase tutor support: awareness of educational processes at the university, craving for self-education, motivation to determine educational and career trajectories, expert significance, motivation to create a personal brand. Positive changes were noted in the assessment of the usefulness of the knowledge gained by students after three months of regular classes. It has been substantiated that the formation of these abilities is possible at the secondary level. The difference in approaches to the implementation of management of productive support for self-development is demonstrated, the objective reasons for the current situation are named, and their relationship with the existing pedagogical tools is fixed. The concept of tools for pedagogical support of self-development is considered. The structural and content characteristic of the concept of self-development of high school students was clarified, for which the structural components of self-development of high school students were identified. Variants of tools for pedagogical support of self-development are proposed, the choice of which is determined by the interdisciplinary approach of researchers to the essence of the process of self-development itself. As one of the possible, a toolkit for pedagogical support of self-development was introduced, in which an important role is given to the adolescent's personal thesaurus. The concept of personal thesaurus of a high school student is concretized. A lot of methods of pedagogical support of self-development associated with the chosen toolkit are indicated. One of the methods is described in detail: the technique of creating pages of a thesaurus dictionary, while the dictionary is considered as a way of organizing concepts in a certain subject area. The stages of work on a thesaurus-type dictionary, basic requirements for this dictionary, recommendations for creating its pages, including work on idioms, antonyms and synonyms, single-root words, associations, phrases, etymology, context of use of the selected concept, etc. are presented. The results of a pedagogical experiment are given, which allow one to assess the practical efficiency of using the technique under consideration within the framework of the chosen toolkit for pedagogical support of students' self-development. This process cannot be accurately predicted since oil, gas and coal mining companies resist changes in some degree, because the fourth energetic transition means the replacement of traditional carbohydrates and fossil fuel with innovative sources: sun, wind, geothermal energy. Their proportion in the world energy consumption is still small but grows increasingly. Therefore, the final energy balance of countries and territories is still unknown just as exact directions of export and import of such energy resources are unknown, since countries that previously only imported oil and gas can become new world leaders in the pure energy production. The fact that this problem is urgent in Russia does not cause any doubt due to the “Dutch disease” of economics, i.e. the dependence of the country budget on world prices for fossil fuel. At the same time, our country has a high potential of renewable sources, at least, wind energetic. The article reviews literature on approaches to industrial digital transformation and the place of renewable energetic in future business models. The transition to digital transformation is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development goals and the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. The theory of energy transitions by V. Smil is assessed by the authors as one of the most promising theories which describe the future of world energy and the place of renewable sources in it. The authors consider the dynamics of primary energy consumption in the world and curves of learning which show the growth of economic efficiency of renewable and non-traditional sources in comparison with traditional fossil fuels. The objectives of the study were to consider the phenomenon of gastronomic tourism in terms of the territory geocultural branding. The article presents a systematic analysis of scientific research devoted to the problem of gastronomic tourism as a resource for managing the hospitality of the territory. The structural-system approach, functional analysis, activity approach and other methods are the methodological basis of the research. Scientific novelty is determined by identifying the specifics of gastronomic tourism in the North Caucasus. It is determined that according to the type of the tourist destination, gastronomic tours can be both a rural tour and a city tour; according to the target setting, it can be a cultural, educational, health-related tour, ecotours, etc. In practice, in the North Caucasian Federal District, combined tours that combine all the above-mentioned features are often offered. A gastronomic monotour is defined by the authors of the study as a special type of tours associated with visiting production (or cultivation) facilities and tasting one type of product (wine, beer, cheese, melons and gourds, etc.). The analysis of practices demonstrating effective event marketing in the field of gastronomic tourism in the North Caucasus is of practical value. The authors of the study come to the conclusion that a common communicative failure in the field of Russian culinary tourism is the practice of highlighting only one or several national dishes of a particular cuisine, while the fact that a unique characteristic of Russian culinary identity is, first of all, the variety of cuisines of the peoples inhabiting the country territory is not taken into account. At the same time, almost every market participant has the opportunity to use digital transformation, which makes this process not only useful, but also affordable. At the same time, there is an increase in labor productivity and a decrease in costs, which, ultimately, positively affect the final cost of the manufactured product. It means that while maintaining the quality of products, an increase in its competitive advantage is achieved by reducing costs. An analysis of the available sources shows that Russia has a stable indicator in the global ranking of digital competitiveness, but its place is far from being the leading one. O bviously, there is an acute need to accelerate the digital transformation of the domestic economy. In this regard, in order to accelerate digital transformation, it is advisable to develop appropriate national regulatory legal acts. The article draws attention to the fact that with the full-scale introduction of the latest information technologies, systematic training of personnel will be required; a due respect should be paid to veteran workers. In the course of digital transformation, it is proposed to develop, first of all, a typical digital industrial platform of an enterprise, which could solve not only routine business processes of an enterprise, but also optimize management as a whole. For all the importance and relevance of the study of this problem, at present, the major statistical studies can be found mostly in the consulting agencies’ reports and not in research literature. The article discusses the definitions of the digital economy and analyzes the tasks that can be solved using digital transformation, which is especially significant for high-tech engineering enterprises. Migration issues are acquiring a special role for Russia, since in modern conditions of economic development, there is a tendency for an outflow of labor resources from the regions to large administrative centers and metropolises. The main reasons for migration: economic, political and cultural-religious. Educational migration of young people may negatively affect regional labor markets in the future. The migration of the young population depends on traditional factors, within the region and between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as on specific factors that influence decision-making on the choice of place of residence. The outflow of the economically active part of the population from the “depressed” territories negatively affects the quality of management and the quality of human capital. The migration outflow of the young population against the background of depopulation has an impact on the socioeconomic state and development of the regions. In Russia, a migration policy has been developed, which should contribute to solving global problems in the field of economic and social development of the country, as well as to ensure economic security and protection of national interests. Aspects of the impact of migration processes on the economic potential are comprehensively considered by both foreign and domestic economists. The article is devoted to assessing the impact of the migration outflow of the young population on the main socio-economic indicators and economic security of the region. The manufactured industrial products make it possible to meet the needs of enterprises and the population, to export goods, while obtaining a high profitability that can be invested in the creation of new industries. This creates an economic basis for the further reproduction process. In the Russian Federation, the problem lies in the significant difference in the level of development of regions among themselves, there is an uneven development of regions. Thus, the main cash flows and investments are concentrated in the Moscow region and St. Petersburg. An effective solution to this imbalance is the development of regions through the creation of large and medium-sized industries in a given territory. At the same time, many factors must be taken into account, such as climate, logistics, the possibility of marketing the manufactured products, raw materials and personnel. Despite the significant interest in the topic of regional development through the creation of new industries, the methods for solving this problem have been worked out rather poorly, in the scientific literature there are no objective results of studies on the existence of a connection between the level of territorial development of the region and the opening of new industries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of industrial production on regional development, to identify links between the level of territorial development of the region and the opening of new industries in this territory. In addition, it is necessary to trace the socio-economic changes in individual territories and consider the degree of interest of the authorities in stimulating the opening of new industries. The tasks and main results of the study are related to the development of measures for the further development of regions, a prospective assessment of the development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, depending on the level of localization and the effectiveness of the functioning of the new production.
