Therefore, private hospitals have emerged as the times require, and gradually developed into an important part of the medical and health service market in recent 30 years with the encouragement and support of relevant government policies. However, due to policy discrimination, unfair laws and regulations, and inadequate supervision, as well as the short-sighted behavior of some private hospitals, the number of private hospitals have increased very much but the quality is still very poor in recent years. There is a huge gap between the United States, Singapore and us, in terms of private hospitals performance and the development of national health care system reform. China private hospitals failed to achieve the original intention of becoming a useful supplement to public hospitals.In view of the above, this paper firstly reviews the current situation of private medical development through literature research, and then analyses the advantages and disadvantages of private hospitals from various aspects which consist of operation mode, operation mechanism, professional ability and service level. Then, studies the role of private hospitals in the medical and health system from the perspectives of policies, regulations, management mode, financing channels and social medical supplement. To begin with, the linear distribution of successive anaphoric expressions indicates not only different levels of accessibility, more importantly, is a static presentation of the dynamic flow of a mental entity in the mental passage of the speaker. However, Mansfield typically employs mental space shift to display the fluidity of consciousness. The shift takes place either between the consciousness of two or more characters or between the different levels of consciousness in one character. Generally, the anaphoric expressions function mainly in the following three situations: a. situations where the antecedent remains salient albeit amid the frequent shift of mental spaces; b. situations where the antecedent becomes ambiguous as two or more elements from a bunch of mental spaces bear similar salience; c. situations where the antecedent, usually in the form of definite noun phrases, is not accessible to the addressee. Given that Mansfield’s chief concern is the inner world of the characters, in the latter part of the paper, further exploration is given on the psychological analysis of definite anaphoric descriptions and anaphoric demonstratives. It is found that anaphora does help to enhance the fluidity and vividness of the narration and the use of anaphoric expressions does have weighty implications. This paper used a multiple-case study method to exploring and understanding the conditions and practical phenomena of the case subjects under actual situations. We selected 56 Taiwanese cases micro-enterprises participating governmental project to analyze the developmental phases of these firms. From the results, we find that micro-enterprises tend to need government guidance in three respects at their different growth stages: commercial community operation; introduction of external resources; and channel and market development. Small businesses have different guidance needs at each stage of the life cycle. Therefore, it is vital for the government to take action and invest in resources that contribute to the development of these small firms. This study advises the government to formulate different strategies for micro-enterprises depending on their operational styles and developmental phases. Hybrid teaching is considered as blended coaching that combines face to face interactions with online experiences during the teaching processes. A number of foreign language programs have developed over the years through online classes, because of the dependence of teacher preparation and online support through considerable research. Therefore, hybrid teaching requires proper planning and research for it to be effective and useful to the students, especially in teaching English. It entails connected skill development processes in communication through the preparation and support of teachers based on literature research. The teaching of English language among students is based on literature research, professional development and language program directors in a specific context as provided.
