Methods From July 2015 to July 2018, 15 patients with septic shock caused by ureteral calculi and pyonephrosis were selected and their clinical treatment and nursing methods were summarized. Results After active anti-septic shock treatment, the patient's condition improved without serious complications. All patients were discharged smoothly after one-stage operation. In Victorian London, with the fast development of urbanization, the increasing number of rural people moved to London to pursue their fortune, it was thought that the urbanization would cause serious crimes. However, in London, the violent crimes did not increase, but on the contrary, they declined. This paper analyses the reasons that caused the decline of the violent crimes. Civilizing process, people’s changing attitude toward violent crimes, the change of male honor, the establishment of modern police system and the development of printing culture. Therefore, C-E tourism translation has become increasingly important. Therefore, properly translated tourism texts are not only the way to advertise China, but also a good channel to attract more tourists to come to China. It is important that people attach great importance to translation of tourism texts. In this thesis, the author tries to analyze the translation of Dalian tourism texts from the perspective of functionalist translation theory. In order to find out the problems existing in translation of tourism texts, the author takes Dalian tourism texts as the example. The group engagement model divides employee behavior into mandatory behavior and autonomous behavior. Combining with comprehensive work performance, it divides work performance into task performance and relationship performance, and explores the influence mechanism of employee engagement on work performance. The group engagement model integrates the mechanism of social identification and the mechanism of resource exchange, and holds that the three different types of equity affect work performance by influencing employee engagement. The fairness of compensation procedure will not affect employees' cognitive engagement, but it will play a positive role in improving employees' emotional engagement and behavioral engagement. This research project was conducted at the ABC School, Shenyang City, Liaoning province, China. This research lasted from January to March in 2016 and there are three participants, Tom, Peter and John, from different grades. The research methods include interviews, tests and research journals. The research findings from the detailed and accurate analysis show that the motivation is more critical for students to master English language basic skills efficiently. Meanwhile, the learning strategies and the use of the Internet can help students to stimulate the motivation. The findings also indicate that the effective use of the Internet and learning strategies can motivate learners to effectively improve their test scores and their English proficiency.
