The advantages and main disadvantages of the existing concepts of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise are identified. The several groups of existing approaches to definitions of the concept of investment attractiveness of the enterprise as domestic and foreign scientists are highlighted. In particular, a factorial, internal and comparative approach to the study of investment attractiveness of enterprises is considered. The own classification of conceptual approaches to determination of essence of investment attractiveness of the enterprise is offered, the structure of which is supplemented in particular by the characteristics of the enterprise from the perspective of its development prospect and the presence of social and psychological factors. The\u0000concept of investigation of the essence of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is supplemented and generalized. The experience of developed foreign countries on the issues of formation of investment attractiveness of enterprises, as well as industries and regions in general are analyzed. The spread of information technology in many respects simplifies the process of obtaining and providing banking services, reducing the need for direct interaction with people at work. The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly accelerated the process of digital transformation, which for some time made it impossible for people to work directly together, leading to greater use of platforms for remote work and communication. In order to adapt employees to the conditions of remote employment, it is important to find new forms of remote team management that ensure a high level of employee involvement, a balance between work and leisure, and increase the efficiency of working time and productivity. Effective processes of digital transformation are now one of the determining factors in the competitiveness of the banking sector. In the long run, the COVID-19 pandemic and digitalisation trends will further reduce the number of employees in banking sector. This will require them to acquire new digital competencies or change their activities. In order to adapt employees to the conditions of remote employment, it is important to find new forms of remote team management that ensure a high level of employee involvement, balance between work and leisure and increase the efficiency of working time and productivity. SMEs in a broad sense are precisely the sector that is seen in the EU and around the world as a key component of national security and a key element of employment. SMEs is a guarantee social stability and are an important element of innovative development and, accordingly, significantly affect the success of Ukraine's integration into the EU. The current state of SME development in Ukraine is generally proportional to the state of SME development in the EU, but the regulatory conditions for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises still do not fully meet the requirements and standards that should ensure economic growth. Therefore, in Ukraine the process of accumulation and understanding of the world experience of developed countries in the field of procedures for the formation of state policy on SMEs is becoming increasingly important. And the first stage of this process is the proper definition of the object of regulation - that is, the development of unambiguous terminology and criteries - which economic subjects belong to the group of micro, small and medium. The article considers the stages of development of a modern classification of SMEs in Ukraine, presents the positive and negative components of this process. The process of bringing the classification of SMEs in Ukraine in line with European practice is analyzed. Peculiarities of SME classification in the context of formation of state support programs are considered. The expediency of adopting the classifier of economic activities (KVED:2010) in the form of the law of Ukraine has been studied (at this time - as normative act of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine). The article shows that in most developed countries the classification of SMEs is not completely universal for different policies (fiscal, support policy, export, etc.) - and even within one country, different classifiers of SMEs can be used. Therefore, the emphasis is not on the formal compliance of SMEs with certain criteria, but on a meaningful understanding of the qualitative and fundamental differences between micro and small and medium-sized businesses. China is one such newcomer in the lamp-light in 21st Century whose relations with the African Continent have grown by leaps and bounds. Chinese Foreign Policy blueprints are enforced by mutual cooperation among developing states beyond Asia, and its emerging superpower status is on the rise. The Beijing Declaration in the year 2000 was colossally accompanied by China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in the realm of economic and social development. The quest for raw materials, energy resources, and markets to feed the bourgeoning Chinese industries has pushed China into a mad rush in Africa and Cameroon in particular. This work investigates the reasons responsible for Chinese interest in Africa with special a focus on Cameroon. Also, it makes an appraisal of the socio-economic impact accruing from Sino-Cameroon ties, and lastly, the paper looks at the challenges China faces in Cameroon in keeping her economic interest buoyantly. The World System’s theory whose analysis centers on the relations between the core and periphery is utilized here. The purpose of the article is to reveal the latest trends in the state policy of promoting national competitiveness. The features of the formation and development of the state economic policy in the context of the latest global changes are revealed. Creating a competitive economy is one of the fundamental priorities of the system of national interests of Ukraine. It is found that the high level of competitiveness of the national economy in the context of globalization is a prerequisite for solving many macroeconomic problems. The methodological basis for the analysis of national competitiveness is the institutional approach. It is proved that national competitiveness is determined by a set of factors that can ensure the supply of goods and services based on the use of the latest technologies. An in-depth interpretation of national competitiveness as a category that characterizes the state of relations in the country related to ensuring conditions for a stable increase in the efficiency of the national economy, adequate to changes in the global situation and domestic demand based on the disclosure of national competitive advantages and achievement of the established macroeconomic parameters. It is concluded that a balanced state policy is designed to promote national competitiveness based on socio-economic balance, social efficiency and strategic macroeconomic targets. It was found that in order to increase the level of national competitiveness it is necessary to actively implement an innovative model of economic development. Defined, the multidirectional structures and multifunctionality of volunteering allow us to confirm its economic, environment and social value is being increased. In this work was discovered the connection between country’s economic growth which basic evaluating ratio serves as the gross national income per capita and population proportion that participated in volunteer activities. The Pearson correlation coefficient was calculated using two investigated indicators by the instance of 12 Europe countries in 2019. We gained a next result: rxy= 0,9475 it demonstrates an essential impact of citizen volunteering on economic increment. The mathematical economic model had been developed to concretise the correlation between investigated indicators. In the article was defined close and direct dependency between the economic indicator and the proportion of participated volunteers: the more people were being involved in volunteering activities, the more GNI per capita was being increasd. We defined that corporate volunteering was the most crucial part of business social responsibility. There were analysed the realization of main corporate volunteering activities in Ukraine, which of them at the present stage are blood donation, parks cleaning, gardening, medical organisation financial assistanse, ATO fighters support, the care of cancer-affected children. Employee volunteering advantages for different social entities such as business, employees and communities were determined. The place of ensuring food security in agrarian policy is substantiated as an irreplaceable factor of social stability, economic sovereignty of the state and ensuring its most valuable social resource - the health of the nation. In a theoretical and practical sense, food security is the cornerstone that should determine the essence of the state's agrarian policy at a specific historical stage of its development. The imperfection of the current food system in the country, which is overly focused on the export of grain and oilseeds products, with a simultaneously growing import of certain types of food products important for the population, which is a sign of the country's gradual loss of food sovereignty, is revealed. The negative impact on food security of highly specialized agricultural production with signs of a monoculture, which is characterized by increased erosion processes, soil fatigue, and a decrease in soil fertility, is researched, and the role of crop rotation agriculture in eliminating these negative processes is substantiated. A program for the conservation of heavily eroded and war-disturbed lands using the experience of the EU countries and the USA is proposed. The main directions of the agrarian policy of Western European countries are revealed in terms of developing and implementing mechanisms for influencing the prevention of monocultural production, stimulation of crop rotation agriculture and the development of animal husbandry associated with it, with a focus on providing domestic food markets with food products of domestic production necessary for the full nutrition of the population. Highlighted, given the world and domestic practice, the significant role of small farms in ensuring the food security of society. The directions and forms of activity of key state institutions to promote export activities of Ukrainian economic entities in the conditions of military aggression are characterized. The use of financial instruments for exporters by the Export Credit Agency of Ukraine is described. which It enables allow export on terms of deferment or installments, and creates the possibilities to get to obtain an export loan in conditions of absence or lack of security, to obtain a bank guarantee for the performance of an export loan, and accordingly to work safely with new foreign markets. Current instruments contribute to the adaptation and transformation of domestic business activities in the context of becoming export-oriented. The need to expand the instruments of financing, crediting and insurance of export operations and contracts in the conditions of growing political, commercial, market, currency, investment and other risks is substantiated. Aspects of institutional support of business entities of Ukraine in the context of attracting foreign investment are determined for the implementation of the economic recovery program of Ukraine. The problems and areas of activity of the export business of Ukraine in the conditions of war, which require strengthening of institutional support, have been identified. The normative definition of food security and its changes in accordance with the challenges of our time are analyzed. The positions of Ukraine and individual countries on the GFSI Global Food Security Index in 2018 and 2022 are considered and a pattern is determined that since the beginning of the war, Ukraine has decreased in the ranking position from 63 to 71 place, but continues to import products to countries that occupy a significantly higher position in the ranking food security. Systematized financial measures to ensure the food security of Ukraine under martial law. The state, dynamics and trends of financial support and individual indicators of the financial potential of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in 2018-2022 are analyzed. ., when its share in the budget was more than 1%. The rating of regions of Ukraine according to the state of production and the level of budget support has been determined. It has been established that most regions are financed in proportion to production volumes, but there are regions where funding is ahead: Ternopil, Volyn, Sumy regions; or production: Kirovograd, Chernihiv, Dnepropetrovsk regions. In the context of a reduction in budgetary financing of the industry due to the need to direct spending on defense and security, the social sphere and debt servicing, the sources of increasing the volume of state financial support for the development of the agricultural sector in Ukraine are the resources of the global financial market, international borrowings and donor funds. In 2022, programs for financing the industry at the expense of donor funds for UAH 1.5 billion are provided, and their expansion is expected in 2023. Based on the assessment of foreign experience of Checkoff, possible directions for expanding sources of support for domestic enterprises that form value chains in the field of food security are analyzed. Proposed measures to be taken to overcome existing problems and ensure the further development of the agricultural sector and ensure food security in Ukraine.
