It was established that in the process of financial literacy determining, it is important to focus not only on individual financial well-being, but also on positive socio-economic effect for the state. At the same time, the role of financial literacy during the integration processes of the state cannot be underestimated, because financial awareness, financial knowledge, skills, etc. influence people's financial behavior and financial decision-making in new conditions. It was found that the financial literacy issue is very important and critical for Ukraine strategic security. It was proven, based on a comparative analysis of the financial literacy results in Ukraine and foreign countries, that in many European countries financial literacy level needs to be significantly increased, the same as in Ukraine. The experience of implementing initiatives related to the financial literacy problems in the countries that showed the highest indicators according to OECD data (Slovenia, Germany, Austria), as well as Poland and the Czech Republic, was analyzed. It was determined that EU countries pay considerable attention to the initiatives of financial literacy increasing implementation for the population. These issues are dealt with both by the state in the form of ministries of education and regulatory bodies of the financial sphere, and by non-profit organizations, financial and educational institutions. It was argued that with process of Ukraine European integration, the implementation of various financial literacy improvement measures increased, including findings from the successful experience in EU countries. Also, regulators in the financial sphere, adopting the relevant experience from foreign countries, are developing the necessary documents that contribute to level of financial literacy increasing. It was noted, based on the comparison of the Competence Frameworks for the adult population in the EU and Ukraine, that they are quite similar and are based on the original set of basic competencies released by the OECD in 2016, and include digital financial competencies, which have been updated recently. The dynamics of indicators of the level of financial literacy from 2018 to 2021 were positive, and given the fact that the war did not stop the process of creating and implementing new initiatives in this area, there are reasons to expect further growth in the financial awareness of the Ukraine population, which will be an important step on the way integration with the countries of the European Union.

All changes, both positive and negative, were largely caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects. Companies have been forced to digitalise their business models while employees had to work on improving their digital skills. This paper identifies and explores the up-to-date features of a company’s business model. They are related to the innovative nature of design and development of business models; flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic conditions of the market environment; change management, the development of robust resource capacity; compliance with environmental trends and the principles of responsible consumption, and, undeniably, growing online presence. A company's business model, and in particular the level of its flexibility and adaptability to the external environment, is a core economic category that needs improvement and additional investment. Business models are complex systems. Understanding the role of each individual element in the system and the set of these elements overall is an extremely important task. Workforce is one of the essential components and a strategic resource for companies in the development of their business models. However, workforce as a key resource has the greatest value only once its potential is discovered and fully utilised. Therefore, one of the major objectives for companies today is to develop their workforce potential. This paper presents a study of workforce potential, i.e. its professional component, as an essential element for the development of a company's business model. The findings propose a set of skills, namely soft skills, which recent graduates – one of the most active groups in the job market - might lack or need in order to meet their own professional ambitions and the needs of employers today. In addition, it is concluded that the problem of worrkforce potential development requires a comprehensive approach. The paper suggests a vision of the role and participation of each stakeholder in solving the task of developing workforce potential.

Under modern conditions, theoretical constructs of full and productive employment contradict the requirements of innovation and information society, do not take into account the peculiarities of modern human resources, socialization of social and labor relations, the priority of improving the quality of life. Instead, the concept of effective employment resolves this contradiction, as it covers not only the economic results of employment, but also its social effectiveness. Employment can be considered effective, when ensures the productive use of human resources and, at the same time, leads to a significant increase in the living conditions of workers.\u0000\u0000The article notes that at the moment the Ukrainian economy has a model of inefficient employment. This is evidenced by underutilization of human potential, lack of effective jobs, the presence and even growth of unemployment, the spread of informal employment, imbalances, structural and regional disparities in the labor market, increasing migratory outflows of the working population. Employment inefficiencies affect the decline in key macroeconomic indicators.\u0000\u0000The article proves the need to develop a model of effective employment and proposes measures for its practical implementation. Among the factors of building an effective employment system in the article the emphasis is on such measures as the transition to indirect, soft forms of human resource management, stimulating innovative economic development in all its spheres and activities, developing flexible forms of employment, promoting self-employment, active social policy, including, first of all, modernization of relations in the field of compensation policy.

It was noted that the rapid pace of globalization and migration processes and the growth of the digital economy have increased the interest in business innovation and recruitment problems. It is emphasized that current problems should be seen as challenges for the revival and further dynamic development of business. It is revealed that the main challenges for Ukrainian enterprises are: the intensification of competition, especially in foreign markets, for the use of the resource potential of national economies and for markets; increased competition at the global level for labor, especially highly skilled, which is one of the reasons for the growing shortage of personnel in the domestic market; decreasing demand in the domestic market amid rising imports; high level of corruption; underdevelopment of industrial and social infrastructure, inefficiency of logistics; lack of knowledge and innovation of business; the dynamic growth of the digital economy (digitization). Ukrainian enterprises must respond to these challenges, first of all by technological modernization of their enterprises on an innovative basis, transition to creation of new productions and new types of products; involving employees through various motivational programs, in particular by investing in training and retraining through close collaboration with educational institutions at different levels of accreditation; increasing the capacity of the internal market by increasing the scale and efficiency of the business sector, which will be accompanied by a decrease in unemployment and an increase in real incomes, and by gradual import substitution; promising areas of business diversification; active use of digital technologies in business, unique software products which will provide indisputable advantages for increase of competitiveness.

Bolhov
The scientific article examines modern approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the due diligence (DueD) procedure, it is clarified that scientists define DueD mostly as a comprehensive diagnosis (thorough analysis) of the enterprise's activities. It is indicated that DueD is a "guarantee of due diligence" and is a series of measures to form an objective view of the investment object, while such an object can be a legal entity, rights of claim, land plot or real estate object , and the degree of detail, scope of research and other criteria depend only on the goals of the initiator of the procedure. Four stages of DueD development are distinguished, namely: formation, growth, development and slowdown. The current stage, caused by the pandemic, russia's military aggression and the general economic crisis, is characterized by a slowdown in the mergers and acquisitions market and, accordingly, a slowdown in the application of the DueD procedure. The reasons for using DueD are systematized: mergers and acquisitions, changes in the structure of top management, lending, detection of violations as a result of tax audits, occurrence of labor disputes, IРO, verification of the reliability and solvency of the counterparty, assessment of the investment attractiveness of the company, equity participation, targeted financing, seizure of assets, the need to increase the efficiency of the company's activities, investments, etc. The types of DueD are characterized, namely: tax, operational, legal, marketing, financial, technical, environmental. It is indicated that three groups of specialists are mostly involved in conducting DueD: financial analysts, auditors, and lawyers. It has been proven that in order to save money, some companies carry out this procedure in-house, involving specialists from their own divisions. The advantages and disadvantages of conducting DueD by the company's own forces without the involvement of external consultants are disclosed, and the algorithm of the procedure is described from the point of view of various scientists. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence, main types and algorithm of DueD implementation. The methodological basis of the research consists of such methods as analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization and a systematic approach.
