The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the outdoor study method based on the traditional hopscotch game affects students' social skills in social studies subjects. The method used is an experimental method. The instrument used in this study was a social skills questionnaire grid from the Gresham category of social skills dimensions. The population in this study were VA class students at SDIT Persis 99 Rancabango, with a total of 21 students. The research sample consisted of 15 statements taken using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of testing and data analysis, it was determined that t-count of social skills was 22.43 > t-table 2.08, so h1 was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of outdoor study learning methods based on traditional hopscotch games on students' social skills in social studies class V.","PeriodicalId":188812,"journal":{"name":"Science, Engineering, Education, and Development Studies (SEEDS): Conference Series","volume":" 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138616138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The target behavior in this research were 3 grade 1 students who had deficiencies in writing skills. The type of research used is Single Subject Research (SSR) experimental research, single subject design research with an A-B-A design. The dependent variable in this research is students' prewriting and initial writing skills. And the independent variable in this research is the word card game. Data collection techniques use tests, observation and documentation. The sampling technique used is a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This research uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that modification of the word card game tool has an effect on students' writing skills. It can be seen from the overlap percentage that the smaller the overlap percentage, the more it shows that there is a change in the target behavior.","PeriodicalId":188812,"journal":{"name":"Science, Engineering, Education, and Development Studies (SEEDS): Conference Series","volume":" 30","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138619256","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is stated in the basic competencies of the syllabus for class 3 elementary school curriculum 2013 point 3.2 about explaining the presentation of whole numbers and simple fractions. However, based on observations made by the author, there are still many grade 3 elementary school children who do not understand fractions. Based on the initial ability test, only 11 students were able to work on the problem, namely 45.83%, while the remaining 13 students, namely 54.17%, still did not meet the KKM. Because of that, a research was made on Improving Understanding of Mathematics Learning Materials for Operations to Calculate Addition of Fractions Using Teaching Aids. In research using this visual aid successfully increased students' understanding of fractions. This can be seen from the results of student learning in pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II which have increased. The average value of students in the pre-action reached 64.14 and experienced an increase of 10.42 in the first cycle of 74.58 then experienced an increase in the second cycle of 13.32 to 87.9. Student completeness in the pre-action reached 20.83% and experienced an increase in cycle I by 16.67% to 37.5% then in cycle II it experienced an increase in returns of 62.5% to 100%.","PeriodicalId":188812,"journal":{"name":"Science, Engineering, Education, and Development Studies (SEEDS): Conference Series","volume":" 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138616210","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to determine the analysis of pedagogic abilities of elementary school teachers in Garut Regency and analyze which pedagogic competence indicators have the best mastery and which competency indicators are still lacking from elementary school teachers in Garut Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was elementary schools located in Garut Regency, while the sample of this study was 39 teachers from several schools in Garut Regency. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the pedagogic competence of teachers in Garut Regency was classified as Good with an average score of 85.93. The greatest value lies in the indicator of the ability to communicate effectively, empathically and politely with students and the indicator of the teacher's ability to master student characteristics, while for indicators that are still relatively low lies in the ability of teachers to organize educational learning and the ability to master learning theories and educational learning principles.","PeriodicalId":188812,"journal":{"name":"Science, Engineering, Education, and Development Studies (SEEDS): Conference Series","volume":"27 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139366220","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
