The instrument used is a questionnaire. 加鲁特县小学教师教学能力分析
教学能力是教师必须掌握的四大能力之一。本研究旨在确定对加鲁特地区小学教师教学能力的分析,并分析加鲁特地区小学教师哪些教学能力指标掌握得最好,哪些能力指标仍然欠缺。采用的研究方法是定量描述法。研究对象为加鲁特地区的小学,研究样本为加鲁特地区多所学校的 39 名教师。使用的工具是调查问卷。结果显示,加鲁特地区教师的教学能力被归类为 "良好",平均分为 85.93 分。 其中,与学生进行有效、移情和礼貌沟通的能力以及教师掌握学生特点的能力指标值最大,而教师组织教育学习的能力以及掌握学习理论和教育学习原则的能力指标值仍相对较低。
