The purpose of this study is to improve digital simulation learning outcomes through the demonstration method for class X students of Islamic Vocational School 1 Blitar City in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out for 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class X Islamic Vocational School 1 Blitar City for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 40 people. Tujuan Kajian ini adalah supaya siswa-siswi bisa memanfaat internet semaksimal mungkin untuk keperluan sekolah dan menyingkirkan atau mengabaikan tampilan-tampilan atau kata-kata yang tidak senonoh diinternet. Of the two factors, the main ones are interests and factors from the surrounding environment, so that students become bored, and the class becomes passive. The purpose of learning simulation and digital communication at SMK Yosonegoro directs class X TAV students to have a desire to understand, learn good learning needs, so they are willing to use and find the best learning resources in order to solve the problems they face. To find out the effectiveness of the system of procurement of goods and services seen from their suitability with the principle of procurement of goods / services and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) specified. The principles of procurement of government goods / services include: 1) efficient, 2) effective, 3) transparent, 4) open, 5) competing, 6) fair, and 7) accountable. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The types of data in this study are information or information, both oral, written and actions related to the research variables. The main data from this study are in the form of written questionnaires and field documentation. The population in this study were officers in the procurement of goods and services. The research sample was 30 people and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the stages of the procurement process of goods and services have been effectively implemented. This is indicated by the process of auction announcements with a score of 87%, 88% auction registration, 88% job description, 89% income and bid opening, 90% bid and qualification evaluation, and 90% winner determination and announcement. This research was conducted using quantitative approach using cross-sectional design. Path analysis is used to determine the effect of motivation on the principal's leadership through learning strategies with gender moderator factors. Vocational school principals who participated in this study as many as 30 participants who participated in the training of strengthening the competency of vocational school principals. At the end of the training, the principals answered the motivation questionnaire, learning strategies and principals' leadership. The findings from the path analysis show that the learning strategy variable is a significant mediator in the relationship between the independent motivation variable and the dependent variable in the improvement of the principal's technological leadership where the sex factor as a moderator is equally strong. It can be concluded that motivation by the use of learning strategies in the principal's training curriculum that integrates ICT through seesaw virtual classes can improve the technology leadership of SMK headmasters for all genders indirectly. The findings from the path analysis show that the learning strategy variable is a significant mediator in the relationship between the independent motivation variable and the dependent variable in the improvement of the principal's technological leadership where the sex factor as a moderator is equally strong.
