In building organizations, good relationships and networking with external parties have become a necessity for organizations to be able to compete and grow as strong organizations. This study discusses: (a) how is the role and function of an international office in building an organization?, (b) what strategies are doing for international offices to improve organizational competitiveness? This research was conducted in four Polytechnic, such as: State Polytechnic of Jakarta, State Electronics Polytechnic of Surabaya, State Polytechnic of Semarang and State Polytechnic of Bali. The research method uses qualitative, and data collection techniques using observation, study documentation and interviews. The results showed that the role and function of international office contributed to the relationship between Polytechnics and other foreign universities or colleges, students can participate in a student exchange programme, helped the lecturer continuing study for the master's or doctoral degree, partnership and cooperation relations for doing research. The random sampling method was used in selecting respondents for this study while path analysis with structural equation model (SEM) was used to analyze the hypotheses formulated. The results showed that all the indicators have direct effects on learning outcomes of educational research methodology; learning motivation directly affects emotional intelligence and learning outcomes, and that emotional intelligence directly affects learning outcomes. This is due to the lack of capital and industrial scale. For this reason, the ICB needs to increase external funding sources through the issuance of public shares. From the 13 ICB in Indonesia at the middle of 2018, 3 ICB issuing public shares (Bank Dubai Panin Syariah, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah). This study aims to formulate the Benefit, Opportunities, Cost, Risk (BOCR) aspects faced by Islamic Commercial Banks in increasing funding sources through the issuance of public stock securities. This study uses qualitative and quantative methods using primary data sourced from indepth interviews to explore the knowledge and experience of the emiten from Treassury Division and Corporate Planing expert practitioners. Secondary data was from emission prospectus, several research journals and related books. Based on Analysis Network Process (ANP) of BOCR aspects, the dominant aspect being the consideration of ICB in issuing public shares is the Benefit and Opportunity. There were 822 data of the nominal group. The data collection technique that was used was :(1) observation to get the sentences which contained the nominal group, (2) the questioners and interviewed with key informants to get the accurate translation of nominal group, to get the acceptable translation of the nominal group, to get the readable translation of the nominal group. The research findings show the followings. The shift of the nominal group element can function as guidance to translate the nominal English group. The study makes use of a qualitative research approach through evaluation techniques. The research models used are; implementation of Public Policy Communications, Resources, Dispositions Bureaucratic Structure. The data collection techniques adopted in order to obtain the required information are documentation, interviews and observation. Data gathered were examined using Miles and Huberman analysis strategy which comprises of three activities or processes that occur simultaneously namely: data reduction, display and drawing conclusion/verification. The results shows that in order to correctly implement accredited programs on BAN-S/M in the city of Palembang, 4 constutients namely Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Structural Biro carriage must be well-matched. However, the results of implementing accredited programs in the city of Palembang is yet to reach its peak, as the required standards is yet to meet the evaluation criteria. The research design used was path analysis with quantitative approaches and survey methods to test the hypothesis. The data collection method was a questionnaire given to a sample of 198 civil servant teachers out of 394. The sample was selected using the Slovin formula and taken in a simple random sampling by drawing. Based on the results of the study obtained, there is a positive direct effect of group cohesiveness on teachers’ productivity in a state senior high school. Characteristics of students with special needs also require handling that considers about their potential and needs so that could be improved optimally. This research aimed to evaluate attitudes, knowledge and skills competencies of student in special education programs. The research was conducted by using evaluative qualitative approach with CIPP models of evaluation. The results indicated that mastery of attitude competency in special education programs is quite good, as well as in mastery of knowledge competency. It is perceived as one of the alternatives of dealing with border education issues. The focus of this study was the management of institution education what implement of integrated school with religious education units. This involved the educational role of an institution in Sebatik Nunukan District as a community-based structure supporting government‘s programs and helps tackle educational issues in border areas.This research used qualitative approach in case study method through data collection, in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The Data were analyzed using Robert K. Yin analysis. The findings established that Mutiara Bangsa Islamic Boarding School was the right option in the border area considering increasing human resource needs of the society. In addition, it has a strategic role in the border area and serves as a tool for government programs implementation.
