The research design used was path analysis with quantitative approaches and survey methods to test the hypothesis. The data collection method was a questionnaire given to a sample of 198 civil servant teachers out of 394. The sample was selected using the Slovin formula and taken in a simple random sampling by drawing. Based on the results of the study obtained, there is a positive direct effect of group cohesiveness on teachers’ productivity in a state senior high school.
