Hakam","doi":"10.17605/OSF.IO/M2PDN","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/M2PDN","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to find out the definition, purpose, value, sanction, and principle of Rereongan and how it is interpreted as the local wisdom of the Indigenous People the Outer Baduy. The qualitative method was used to carry out this research, while data was collected through interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman model which consists of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the interview with MrJaali and Mr Mista, the Rereongan was a way to work together in order to complete the public relations work of the Outer Baduy community, known as nuar, nyacar, ngaseuk and ngunjal, and the activities of transporting wood from the forest to Ciboleger terminal. The objective of Rereongan is to assist in the quick transportation of timber, opening of fields, and offering assistance, thereby, creating a cooperative and unified work force. It offers hospitality, unity, and mutual cooperation. The principle of implementing Rereongan as a characteristic of cooperation is 1). Helping one another in easing work, 2.) working responsibly 3). forming groups that are united and cooperative. 4). Good leadership and membership compliance with the leader. As a form of local wisdom, the Indigenous People of the Outer Baduy contains elements of the value of wisdom in cultural life which is based on harmony with God, fellow human beings, and their nature. Rereongan is carried out for generations as a tradition. The research was conducted to all state primary school principals in South Tangerang, Banten province, a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Seventy out of one hundred fifty nine principals was selected randomly as sample by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of leadership on job performance. (2) there is direct effect of organization culture on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of motivation on job performance. (4) there is direct effect of leadership on motivation. (5) there is direct effect of organization culture on motivation. The methodology was using descriptive qualitative. Techniques of Collecting data were using interview, observation, and documentation study. The validity of instruments were using construct validity and technique of data analysis was using interactive model. Validity of data is done by triangulation data of techniques and resources. The results of the study that so far learning process in inclusive primary school was running quite good and there was no difference with the reguler school. The curriculum was national curriculum (Kurikulum tingkat Satuan Pendidikan) and Kurikulum 2013 with duplication model and little adjusment in subject matter and criteria of student outcome evaluation. The collaboration between classroom teacher and special teacher tutor (Guru Pembimbing Khusus) still poor. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. Data was collected by interviews, observation, study documentation, and field notes. Data analysis is conducted by reducing, coding, categories and setting themes. The data validity test was done through triangulation. The results of the study show that the Sumatra Islamic Boarding School Thawalib Parabek has engaged in some management changes in educators and education personnel including planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement and utilization, guidance and development, compensation, assessment of work implementation, and dismissal. The sampling technique used the stratified multistage cluster random sampling. The experimental study used treatment design by level 2x2. The results showed that there is an effect of competence on the training method and self-efficacy toward TPACK of early childhood education teachers. The average score of teachers’ TPACK competence with the coaching training method is higher than the mentoring method (32.82>31.87), the average score of teachers’ TPACK competence with high self-efficacy used coaching training method is higher than the mentoring method (40.58>33.47), the average score of teachers’ TPACK competence with low selfefficacy used mentoring training methods is higher than the coaching method (30.26>25.05). The research method used experimental treatment with the level 2 x 2 method. The results showed that the learning method used by the teacher in the learning process and naturalist intelligence possessed by students had a significant effect of interaction on artistic creativity. The results of the two-way variance calculation at a significant level α = 0.05 that the price of F count interaction = 54.141 and F table (0.01; 1.96) = 6.91. This was conducted at the elementary school teacher education department of Universitas Negeri Jakarta from July 2016 to December 2017 using the research and development models of Borg and Gall, and Dick and Carey. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and tests (cloze tests and formative tests) instruments and analyzed using both quantitative methods with Paired T-Test and Cohen's Kappa Coefficient and qualitative method with Miles and Huberman's model. When a husband does not pledge the talaq due to the reconciliation possibility, has positive impact for the marital relationship. However when a husband does not pledge in order to delay or slowing the process thus the divorce remains absence untill the value of pledge invalid and the household bond remains intact, this phenomenom will cause the law uncertainity and injustice for the wife. The purpose of this research is (1) to discover and analyze the regulation of the talaq pledge cancellation in religious court (2) to discover and analyze the legal consequances of the law toward the talaq pledge cancellation with normative juridical method. The results of this research state that (1) the talaq pledge cancellation at religious court regulated in Article 131 of the compilation of Islamic Law but the details of administrative sanctions given to the husband due to the absence of pledging the talaq in order to delay or slowing the process is not regulated and (2) the consequences of the cancellation of the pledge of talaq in religious court can cause legal uncertainty and injustice to the wife due to the absence of divorce thus the houshold bond remains intact and no sanctions are set for the husband.
