This study is done from the perspective of Empirical Phenomenological Research, Qualitative. The method to collect the data is observation and inventory / an unstructured interview. The observation is done among Timorese universitarian in Malang. At the same time, had been done an interviewed on 15 subjects. The analysis the data is using descriptive through phenomenological, eidetic and transcendental reduction. The Result of the research shown that there are two impacts of the smartphone on universitarian such as positive negative. There are positive impacts because the utilization of smartphone is facilitating universitarian to reach psychological wellbeing. It became a smartphone been used to obtain well-being by communicating and chatting with family and friends. The further positive function is facilitating universitarian to develop their human resources/skill by studying. The negative impact was the frequencies of using the smartphone. Some universitarian used most of their time to play games (irritating eyes). Some of them are using headset frequently it is trouble for hearing. This type of research is quasi-experimental research and uses post-test only control group design. The research respondents were 85 high-school students in Buleleng, Bali, which were determined by random sampling techniques, and data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed: 1) there were differences between the effect of cyber counseling and the effect of face-to-face counseling intervention on self-actualization of high-school students, obtained F = 3.055; 2) cyber counseling interventions are more effective than face-to-face counseling interventions for increasing self-actualization of high-school students in Buleleng, Bali with at-Scheffe value = 2.01. The study used both qualitative and quantitative methods, along with an evaluation design meant to determine the directions and frameworks for evaluation. The analysis design consisted of the evaluation stages, measured aspects, data sources, and collected information. Data collection techniques involved observation, interviews, and questionaires. The evaluation results showed that learning outcomes changed in behavior and the impact of training on the participants were still not in accordance with the established criteria. Nevertheless, it is still in the category of being quite effective. The criteria is set from effective to very effective. This study aims to analyze the positioning of consumer perceptions of Belimbing Dewa Juice products produced by small and micro enterprises (SMEs) in the city of Depok. The Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) method with the attributes of taste, packaging, promotion, and prestige is chosen to illustrate a map of consumer perceptions of Belimbing Dewa Juice. This method tries to compare Jus production of SMEs with three similar beverage products (Pulpy Orange, Floridina, and Coolant) produced by large producers. In this analysis, a purposive sampling approach is chosen by interviewing 100 consumers to be evaluated. MDS analysis results with attributes of taste, packaging, promotion, and prestige; shows that the position of Belimbing Dewa Juice is far apart from Coolant, Floridina and Pulpy Orange brand drinks with Euclidean distance (D) scales of 0.693; 1,117 and 1,565. On the contrary, Coolant, Floridina, and Pulpy Orange are close to each other. This shows that packaged beverages from large producers compete with one another. It is related to the proper categorization of right and wrong preferences.This study analyzes the Influence of organizational culture, structure, and work environment over the ethical behavior of lecturers at Trisakti tourism collage of Jakarta. A survery sample was used with a sample population of 70 employers. Data was obtained by spreading valid instrument and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using a software Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows. The research result shows that work environment, organizational culture and structure, directly drives positive influence over ethical behavior. The experimental method was used to carry out this research which comprises of 48 children selected through the simple random sampling technique. The result obtained shows that the entrepreneurial skill in sand playing groups is higher than the playdough groups, with a constructive play influence on the entrepreneurship skills. The subjects in this study were 17 teachers. This research type is a classroom action research with lesson study settings. Data collection techniques used in this study are non-test techniques in the form of observation using spread sheets regarding the learning process. Data obtained were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study are, at the pre-cycle stage with the ability of the teacher to carry out the learning process using an average value of 77, which increased to 84.1 and 89.4 in the first and second cycles respectively. This was effectively and efficiently carried out by adapting Hannafin and Peck model, which consists of: need analysis, design, development and implementation. Data were collected using questionnaires and the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitatively method. Questionnaires were also given to two media and learning design experts. Three types of learning media were adopted in this study. The first were puppets, used to develop students’ linguistics and spatial intelligences, the second was a comic, which was utilized to prosper students’ kinesthetics and language intelligences, while the third was a counting box, used to develop students’ logical/mathematics, spatial and language intelligences. To combat this inconsistency a level 4 Leadership Education and Training scheme was introduced. This study aims to evaluate the Level 4thLeadership Education and Training programs in Banten Province. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. The data obtained was evaluated using Kirkpatrick's evaluation model; a qualitative verification method consisting of reaction, learning, behavior, and result.
