Nevertheless, it is still in the category of being quite effective. The criteria is set from effective to very effective. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the training program for the development of radio and television-based learning media using a combination of the Discrepancy model evaluation and Kirkpatrick‘s. The study used both qualitative and quantitative methods, along with an evaluation design meant to determine the directions and frameworks for evaluation.
