Taking the megaproject, the Guangle Expressway, as a case, this paper uses panel data from 41 cities, in Guangdong, Hunan, and Jiangxi, from 2000 to 2016 to construct a construction dividend measurement and evolution model based on multi-stage dummy variables. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The Guangle Expressway has a comprehensive dividend across its entire lifecycle. It has a dividend effect on economic growth, the adjustment of industrial structure, and the attraction of the cities along its route, and this effect evolves positively; (2) The investment in and construction of the Guangle Expressway have a significant dividend effect on related industries in the region, including construction, industry, transportation, retail and catering, finance and insurance, and so, during the construction and operation period, it promotes the development of related industries. Based on the monthly data(March 2014 to December 2015)of Internet financial development index released by Ant Financial Services Group big data platform, this paper uses the Dagum, Gini coefficient and its decomposition method to decompose the regional differences between seven regions in the development of Internet finance. Based on spatial panel data regression model, this paper tests the σ convergence, β convergence. From March 2014 to December 2015, the overall regional development of Internet finance shows a declining trend. Differences in the North China is the biggest. The differences of inter-region is the main source of Internet financial differences. Internet financial development shows a typical σ convergence. In this study, we conducted an innovative SS study based on a new data collection instrument which makes the data objective, timely, and even massive. Combining traditional Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) with frontier Natural Language Processing technology, we conducted the SS study based on social media. Instead of asking students to participate in, we used data mining and sentiment analysis technology to mine the existed data. Further, drawing from SSI, we proposed an SS analysis model using these collected data. In order to evaluate patent quality simply and effectively, a patent quality evaluation model based on entropy weight method and improved TOPSIS is proposed. First, the evaluation indicator system for patent quality were established, which included 5 categories and a total of 11 indicators. Then, the weights of each indicator were calculated by entropy method. Finally, we employ the improved TOPSIS and traditional TOPSIS to calculate the ranking of performance for each patent, and then compare the results of these two methods to verify the superiority of the improved method. The suggested methodology was applied to the Geriatric technology. In the study, entrepreneurial orientation is divided into five dimensions with innovation, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness, risk-taking and autonomy. Based on this, the study adds country attributes, eastern and western cultural differences, enterprise age and staff size as regulating variables, to study the influence of the variables on the influence between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation promotes firm performance, and country attributes, eastern and western cultural differences, enterprise age and staff size regulate the influence above. The incentive intensity of NDIP is defined in the form of \"giving more R&D opportunities\". Based on the duopoly R&D competetion hypothesis and the replicator dynamic model, evolutionary model of the R&D strategy of the two equipment R&D enterprises under certain incentive intensity value is constructed .The incentive intensity of NDIP is defined from the perspective of \"giving more R&D opportunities\". The model comprehensively considered the advantages of subjective and objective weightings, introducing a concept of triangular fuzzy numbers (TFN) in the evaluating process, which could overcome the inherent flaws of traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP). How to make this group better fit into the society is a very important issue, and community is the most basic foothold place for them. This study uses random interview data from low-income residents in the mix-income community to study the psychological social integration problem of low-income people, and discusses the impact of factors such as community assistance, perceived community cohesion, and social comparison on the social integration of low-income groups. We handed out a total of 450 questionnaires, 441 questionnaires were recovered, of which 428 valid questionnaires. The coupling and coordination development level of economic growth and environment system(ECEV) in 30 provincial-level regions of China was estimated, and an empirical analysis of the influencing factors was carried out. The results showed that there are obvious regional differences in the coupling coordination degree of the ECEV system in 30 China’s provinces. However, the country’s cold chain logistics industry remains backward, thus making it a major task that how to raise the enterprise performance. Firstly, the study has chosen 5 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators pertaining to cold chain logistics enterprises to set up its performance evaluation framework. Secondly, based on the merits and demerits of the BPNN model structure and it's calculation method, the study identifies the network layers, stimulant functions, and study perimeters of the BPNN model, and constructs the BPNN model for the performance evaluation of cold chain logistics enterprises. Finally, the study uses MATLAB7.0 software to calculate the BPNN model, and utilizes sim functions to simulate and analyze the feasibility of the BPNN method for cold chain logistics enterprise performance evaluation.
