Abstract

In order to achieve sustainably transfer of tacit knowledge in university innovative teams, the paper analyzed the necessity and the process of tacit knowledge transfer and built a differential dynamic model. By solving the model’s equilibrium point and analyzing the stability, the basic condition of the sustainable transfer was given: contact efficiency was greater than the loss rate. Based on this, the sustainable transfer of tacit knowledge could be achieved by building a technical platform, establishing an incentive mechanism, and creating the team culture atmosphere.
