However, does margin trading stabilize stock market? What the effect in different lever period? The result of these studies is inconclusive. As one of the most important credit trading system, the margin trading provides a tool to avoid the market risks to investors. In Financial crisis, developed countries often take restrictive measures of margin trading to stabilize the market. From 2015 to 2016, the Chinese securities market has experienced a significant boom and crash, providing a precious natural opportunity for us to investigate the effect of margin trading in different lever period.The result shows that in the period of sharp leverage and de-leveraging, margin trading significantly heightened the stock market volatility. The finance load exchange heightened the stock market volatility, the securities load exchange exacerbated the stock market volatility. When the level in the reasonable interval, margin trading stabilized the stock market volatility. In this period, both finance and securities load exchange are stabilized the volatility. It analyzes resource allocation under multiple service point requirement from the perspective of service providers, explores the method of reasonable allocation of service personnel and devices used for maintenance under the circumstance of maintenance by outsourcing companies while meeting the constraint of different duration in multiple service points, and builds a resource allocation optimization model in multiple service points from the viewpoint of service demand enterprise. It does not perform its CSR for urban employee old age insurance well. Enterprises always evades their social responsibility of contributing to employee old age insurance. They uses various methods, such as false reports of the workers’ number and the use sub-contract agencies. Enterprises do not have good self-discipline and morality to consciously perform their social responsibilities, and corporate economic institutional environment has not played a role in restricting companies from circumventing social responsibilities and cannot effectively prevent the company’s moral hazard. Enterprises play a negative role in fulfilling CSR. The empirical results from a survey of 644 Chinese students show that (1) entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention; (2) entrepreneurial attitude has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention; and (3) entrepreneurial attitude fully mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Previous scholars have conducted research on nine industries in the United States. The survey results show that for every 5% increase in customer loyalty, the company’s profits increase by 25%. The author studies the factors that influence the customer loyalty of SME in the context of micromarketing. The study finds out that interaction, customer experience, brand image and perceived risk all have impacts on customer loyalty. The order of influence ranked from big to small is interactive, customer experience, brand image and perceived risk. The author establishes an empirical model, and sends questionnaires to technological enterprises which use internet platform to keep customers to obtain data. In detail, the evaluation index system of the available private partners is designed first. After that, the implementation processes of three commonly used evaluation methods, including fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, grey relational evaluation and TOPSIS, are presented separately. Following the consistency validation, a combination evaluation methodology based on the above three methods is designed finally. Therefore, based on the characteristics of adjacency matrix data, we analyze the commonly used clustering algorithms in scientometrics. Firstly, we analyze the procedure of clustering. Then, the characteristics of several common clustering algorithms are summarized. Third, based on the validity and correctness of clustering, the effect of clustering algorithms are discussed. Finally, we implement the algorithm by MATLAB, and make an empirical analysis of three data sets cases. Based on the research paradigm of classical grounded theory, the open coding, selective coding and theoretical coding of the data were carried out 67 concepts, 13 categories and 5 main categories. The collaborative model of pliable organization of a large construction project was established based on the above research. The result has shown that, engineering strategies, internal management, external support, and information technology will cooperate to influence the changing of pliable organizational structure. Engineering strategies will be the driving factor of the changes of flexible organizations. Internal management, through the establishment of standardized systems and process management, reduces the uncertainty in the operation of the organization. Through the following-up auditing, public participation and competent authority guidance, external support creates a safe, regulatory external environment for the pliable organization.
