It analyzes resource allocation under multiple service point requirement from the perspective of service providers, explores the method of reasonable allocation of service personnel and devices used for maintenance under the circumstance of maintenance by outsourcing companies while meeting the constraint of different duration in multiple service points, and builds a resource allocation optimization model in multiple service points from the viewpoint of service demand enterprise. Abstract
