It may cause supplier to overstate cost to increase profits, and ultimately reduce efficiency in the use of funds. To motivate supplier to tell its actual costs, the model optimizes the cost plus incentive fee contract and proposes that the target cost be set by the supplier rather than the customer. Correspondingly, target profit and incentive coefficient are set based on the target cost set by the supplier. The optimization model gives the specific function of target profit and incentive coefficient on target cost, and limits the range of profits by setting the upper limit and the specific value at the most likely cost of profit rate. In theory and case, it is demonstrated that the supplier benefits the most when telling its actual cost, and the contract can achieve the optimal incentive effect.","PeriodicalId":6847,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"26 1","pages":"60-66"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81671390","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We collected data of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2015 in stock exchange of Shenzhen and Shanghai as samples for empirical research. The results show that when the QFII reach a certain shareholding ratio, they will participate in corporate governance and restrain earnings management, especially the real earnings management. On the other hand, accrued earnings management has an alternative effect on real earnings management that when real earnings management is suppressed, corporates will shift to accrued earnings management. This paper has great significance on improving and developing QFII system, improving corporate governance and protecting the interests of small and medium investors.","PeriodicalId":6847,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"12 1","pages":"280-288"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74282288","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Internet has developed to be an important medium for diffusing charity information. According to the exist research in this area, our study proposes a model of trust formation in online charity information, rooted in the information processing theory. The proposed model theorizes trust as a function of the structural quality of information and the expertise of the information source. Furthermore, this relationship moderated by users’ internet literacy ability which also plays important roles on the information determination. Overall, the results will explain substantial variance in trust and highlight the important but distinct roles that information quality, source expertise, and donor’s internet literacy ability play in determining an individual's decision to trust online charity information.","PeriodicalId":6847,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"1044 1","pages":"110-118"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77640424","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The participation of charitable organizations in social assistance is a trend around the world. However, charitable organizations start late in China. There are many difficulties for charitable organizations to participate in social assistance. In this paper, 36 representative charitable organizations are selected as samples, and the method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to analyze the relative efficiency of charitable organizations’ participation in social assistance during 2013-2016. The results show that although the overall efficiency of charitable organizations has been improved during the study period, the average efficiency is low. Further, the panel regression model is used to analyze the factors that affect Chinese charitable organizations’ participation in social assistance. Based on the results, several measures are suggested to be taken to optimize charitable organizations’ participation in social assistance, including enhancing fund-raising capacity of charitable organizations, increasing government’s support, improving the quality of staff of charitable organizations, and strengthening the supervision of charitable organizations’ participation in social assistance*.","PeriodicalId":6847,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"6 6","pages":"418-424"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72575063","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Researchers have cast lots of attentions to explain China’s economic growth and attributed it to the rapid growing manufacturing in the process of industrialization. Regional economic growth and industrialization process in China from 1978-2016 are shown in this paper. Using province panel data, this paper explores the relationship between total output growth and manufacturing growth based on Kaldor’s laws to answer whether manufacturing is the engine of economic growth. The regression results confirm all hypotheses in Kaldor’s growth laws. Positive relationship between manufacturing and GDP growth is confirmed. Increasing returns to scale is verified in manufacturing. Employment from non-manufacturing to manufacturing can improve the labor productivity and growth rate of total output.","PeriodicalId":6847,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"40 1","pages":"382-389"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80612343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
