The Internet of Things makes the entire life cycle of ship design, construction, operation and dismantling more intelligent and green, however, the shipbuilding industry in China still has problems with the design and production capacity of high-tech, high value-added ships and serious waste of pollution. Abstract

With the continuous advancement of smart manufacturing strategy and the gradual deepening of corporate transformation, the application value of the Internet of Things has become increasingly prominent in industrial transformation. This article takes the shipbuilding industry as an example to study the application of Internet of things technology in the shipbuilding industry. 随着智能制造战略的不断推进和企业转型的逐步深入,物联网在产业转型中的应用价值日益凸显。本文以船舶工业为例,研究物联网技术在船舶工业中的应用。物联网使船舶设计、建造、运营、拆解的全生命周期更加智能化、绿色化,但中国造船业仍存在高技术、高附加值船舶的设计生产能力不足、污染浪费严重等问题。本文研究了物联网背景下造船业的技术创新机制、环境动态和商业模式,并从政府和企业两个层面提出了物联网背景下造船业发展的具体对策和建议。
