From the five aspects of time series, national and regional distribution, journal distribution, high-yield authors, research hotspot and research frontiers, we analyzed the overall research status of academic papers in the field of Internet of Things in the past 15 years in order to understand and grasp the development trends of the Internet of Things. 采用文献计量学和知识图谱可视化方法，对web of science(WOS)数据库中近15年来物联网领域的学术论文进行定量和定性分析。我们从时间序列、国家和地区分布、期刊分布、高产作者、研究热点和研究前沿五个方面，分析了近15年来物联网领域学术论文的总体研究现状，以了解和把握物联网的发展趋势。这对于理解和分析物联网领域的发展趋势，促进物联网领域研究的深化和国际化具有重要意义。
