In this study, a questionnaire survey was used to select 418 employees from a scientific and technological enterprise to explore the impact of work reshaping on organizational commitment, and to analyze the role of leadership empowerment in it. The results show that the social work resources and the challenging work requirements in the work reshaping have a more obvious positive predictive effect on employee organizational commitment. The degree of leadership empowerment will regulate the relationship between social work resources, challenge work demands and organizational commitment. Under the leadership of high empowerment, employees’ social work resources and challenging work demands make the organizational commitment increase significantly. However, the country’s cold chain logistics industry remains backward, thus making it a major task that how to raise the enterprise performance. Firstly, the study has chosen 5 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators pertaining to cold chain logistics enterprises to set up its performance evaluation framework. Secondly, based on the merits and demerits of the BPNN model structure and it's calculation method, the study identifies the network layers, stimulant functions, and study perimeters of the BPNN model, and constructs the BPNN model for the performance evaluation of cold chain logistics enterprises. Finally, the study uses MATLAB7.0 software to calculate the BPNN model, and utilizes sim functions to simulate and analyze the feasibility of the BPNN method for cold chain logistics enterprise performance evaluation. The coupling and coordination development level of economic growth and environment system(ECEV) in 30 provincial-level regions of China was estimated, and an empirical analysis of the influencing factors was carried out. The results showed that there are obvious regional differences in the coupling coordination degree of the ECEV system in 30 China’s provinces. This paper based on the social network theory and value creation theory, explores the influence of knowledge cooperation on enterprise innovation performance, and introduces network characteristics as situational variables .The network characteristics are divided into two dimensions: network position and network relationship. This paper studies network position, network relationship and the interaction of both how to moderates the knowledge cooperation and innovation performance. Using 53 high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai as a sample, the empirical study is carried out by hierarchical regression analysis and three-way interaction analysis. The results show that, knowledge cooperation has the positive effect on enterprise innovation performance. Network position moderates the relationship between knowledge cooperation and enterprise innovation performance in a flat inverted-U function. Network relationship positively moderates the relationship between knowledge cooperation and enterprise innovation performance. However, it is seldom given due consideration in disaster response from cross-regional rescue perspective. For this reason, the paper breaks the traditional regional emergency rescue mode and proposes a cross-regional emergency material allocation model with the goal of the lowest transportation costs, the shortest delivery time and the maximum satisfaction of the victims. Finally, Numerical experiment and analysis are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model. In the social media environment, because of its interaction and dissemination, besides the CEO media appearance, we may consider the media transmission and media sentiment on the CEO in social media. Through the fixed effect model, this paper analyzes the impact of CEO media appearance, media transmission and media sentiment on corporate performance and corporate financial performance in the social media environment. The results show that CEO media appearance, media transmission and media sentiment have a significant impact on corporate performance. There is a direct positive impact on media appearance and media transmission, thus the media sentiment has a negative impact on corporate performance. However, the above value has no general significant impact on corporate financial performance, except the EPS.
