摘要

为实现高校创新团队隐性知识的可持续转移,分析了高校创新团队隐性知识转移的必要性和过程,构建了高校创新团队隐性知识转移的差异动力学模型。通过求解模型平衡点并分析其稳定性,给出了持续传递的基本条件:接触效率大于损失率。在此基础上,可以通过搭建技术平台、建立激励机制、营造团队文化氛围来实现隐性知识的持续转移。
