Internal management, through the establishment of standardized systems and process management, reduces the uncertainty in the operation of the organization. Through the following-up auditing, public participation and competent authority guidance, external support creates a safe, regulatory external environment for the pliable organization. Abstract

We choose a large project which is the largest investment project in our country – Guang-le highway as the research caseand study the pliable organization operation mechanism. Based on the research paradigm of classical grounded theory, the open coding, selective coding and theoretical coding of the data were carried out 67 concepts, 13 categories and 5 main categories. 基于经典扎根理论的大型项目柔性组织协同模型研究
