Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas melalui  dua  siklus. Setiap  siklus  terdiri  dari  dua pertemuan. Berdasarkan  hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa penerapan  model  PjBL dapat  meningkatkan  hasil belajar matematika berbasis HOTS siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Sompokan dengan hasil ketuntasan saat prasiklus 36%, meningkat menjadi 57% pada siklus I dan  menjadi  82%  pada  siklus  II. Only 20% of students are active in learning activities, students with complete science scores only reach 30%. The teacher only uses the lecture method in delivering the material. To overcome this problem the researcher uses the Two Stay Two Stray learning model. This research method is Classroom Action Research. This research was carried out in 2 cycles where each cycle consisted of 2 meetings with the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were conducted in class V with 20 students. Data collection was carried out by learning achievement tests, observing teacher and student activities in TSTS learning and interviews. The results obtained: 1. the implementation of Two Stay Two Stray learning on science material can be done well, 2. The activity of students in cycle 1 in the good category is only 22.5% while in cycle 2 it has increased by 80% and the very good category is 2.5% of students are active in learning activities. 3. Student learning outcomes in cycle 1 amounted to 47.5% and experienced an increase in cycle 2 of 90%. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I di SD Sarirejo Semarang tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 20 siswa sebagai penerima tindakan, sedangkan yang memberikan tindakan adalah peneliti dan wali kelas I. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes setiap siklus  dan dokumentasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang dimana tiap-tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hasil belajar kognitif terlihat dari siklus I mata pelajaran matematika dari 20 siswa yang tuntas 12 siswa dan tidak tuntas 8 siswa dengan persentase 60% belum memenuhi batas minimal ketuntasan klasikal, selanjutnya pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas 17 dari 20 siswa dan yang tidak tuntas 3 siswa dengan persentase 85% sudah memenuhi batas minimal ketuntasan. Penelitian berlangsung selama periode satu bulan mulai dari bulan Oktober 2022 hingga bulan November 2022. Dalam penelitian ini, subjek yang diteliti adalah proses dan hasil belajar PKn pada 19 peserta didik kelas IV SDN Junrejo 2 Batu pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Kelas tersebut terdiri dari 9 peserta didik laki-laki dan 10 peserta didik perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Untuk analisis data, data kualitatif hasil pengamatan proses belajar akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis diskriptif kualitatif, dengan melakukan perbandingan antara siklus I dan siklus II. Sementara itu, data kuantitatif dalam bentuk angka dari hasil belajar siswa akan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriftif komparatif, yang mana akan membandingkan nilai tes kondisi awal, nilai tes pada siklus I, dan nilai tes pada siklus II, kemudian akan direfleksikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui metode PBL dapat meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar PKn pada siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri Junrejo 2 Batu Semester I tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Terjadi peningkatan pada proses pembelajaran PKn mengenai materi Proses Perumusan Pancasila dari siklus I ke siklus II, yang tercermin dalam hasil belajar peserta didik. Terdapat peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas dari 8 peserta didik (72,7%) pada siklus I menjadi 11 peserta didik (100%) pada siklus II, dengan kenaikan sebanyak 3 peserta didik (27,3%). Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada desain Kemmis dan Mc Taggart, yang terdiri (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Data penelitian berupa hasil pretest dan postest yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika pada siklus I hasil belajar peserta didik masih kurang yakni hanya 15 anak yang mencapai KKM dengan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 52%. Kemudian, pada siklus II terdapat 25 anak yang mencapai KKM atau ketuntasan belajar 86% berpredikat baik. The purpose of this study is to describe digital media innovations that improve students' critical thinking skills in learning science in elementary schools. This study uses a literature study design with a qualitative approach. The secondary data used in this study were obtained by means of collecting information based on the literature, analyzing data from national and international journals published in the last five years, and reviewing books. This study aims to determine (1) the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, (2) the magnitude of the influence of leadership style on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, (3) the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, and (4) the magnitude of the influence of the work environment on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic. The analytical approach used in This research is using a quantitative approach. The dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance while the independent variables in this study are Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Environment. This study is a population study with the number of respondents as many as 113 teachers of SD Negeri 4 Tenayanraya, Pekanbaru city. The data collection used in this study was a questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire consists of questions or statements that need to be answered by respondents through a distributed questionnaire. In data processing, the author uses an application to perform the analysis, namely the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 22) with analysis of determination and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership style, work motivation and work environment together affect the teacher's performance at the SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya, Pekanbaru city during the COVID-19 pandemic by 47.8% (2) the influence of leadership style on teacher performance. SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic was 47.3% (3) the effect of Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID-19 pandemic was 25.7% (4) the influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of Teachers of SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic by 26%. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that there is a positive influence between leadership style, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe why children are difficult to socialize (Introvert) and to describe what factors cause children to have a character of responsibility in school. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a sample of two students and one homeroom teacher. The data was obtained using participant observation techniques, semi-structured interview and documentation. The research method used is a type of research and development (R&D), using the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collected in this study are related to validity, practicality and effectiveness data. Data obtained from the validation results of material experts showed an average score of 82.3% in the very feasible category, and media experts obtained an average score of 83.5% in the very feasible category. The results of practicality based on the teacher's response obtained an average score of 82% in the practical category and student responses obtained an average score of 80% with practicality. The next data relates to the effectiveness of the product which scored 91% with very effective criteria. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of pencak silat extracurriculars in instilling the character of discipline in fourth grade students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data that researchers got in the field used data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were pencak silat extracurricular teachers, fourth grade homeroom teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Karawaci Baru 1 Tangerang City.
