This study aims to determine (1) the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, (2) the magnitude of the influence of leadership style on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, (3) the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, and (4) the magnitude of the influence of the work environment on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic. The analytical approach used in This research is using a quantitative approach. The dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance while the independent variables in this study are Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Environment. This study is a population study with the number of respondents as many as 113 teachers of SD Negeri 4 Tenayanraya, Pekanbaru city. The data collection used in this study was a questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire consists of questions or statements that need to be answered by respondents through a distributed questionnaire. In data processing, the author uses an application to perform the analysis, namely the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 22) with analysis of determination and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership style, work motivation and work environment together affect the teacher's performance at the SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya, Pekanbaru city during the COVID-19 pandemic by 47.8% (2) the influence of leadership style on teacher performance. SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic was 47.3% (3) the effect of Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID-19 pandemic was 25.7% (4) the influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of Teachers of SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic by 26%. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that there is a positive influence between leadership style, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic.
